WHY THE BODY NEEDS ALKALINE WATER -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ALKALINE WATER WILL ENERGIZE YOU The average human body is comprised of approximately 90% water. Water makes up 82% of your blood, 75% of your muscle, 25% of your bone and 76% of your brain tissue. ALKALINE WATER BALANCES BODY TEMPERATURE Water helps regulate body temperature, carries nutrients and oxygen to cells, removes waste, cushions joints, and protects organs and tissues.
