MEDIATION

Family Dispute Resolution Pty Ltd / FDR.au was started by two ex-lawyers with
over 30 years combined experience in working with families, communities and
other parties seeking to find a way to solve their disputes.

With backgrounds in mediation and law, our goal is to provide a supportive and
neutral environment for families and other parties to resolve disputes through
mediation.

We understand the emotional and financial toll that family disputes can take,
and we are committed to helping our clients achieve a fair and sustainable
resolution.

We have completed rigorous training to become mediators / family dispute
resolution practitioners and adhere to the highest ethical standards.

We work closely with the people who come to us to create an environment where
they can communicate effectively and find solutions that work for everyone
involved.

FDR.au believes in the power of mediation to help families move forward with
their lives.



At FDR.au we are highly trained, experienced and skilled mediators and family
dispute resolution practitioners who assist parties to find agreement and
resolve conflicts / disputes between people and within families and communities.

FDR.au offers general mediation services and family dispute resolution services.

We can issue s60i certificates required by the Family Court.

 

Pricing

FAMILY & DIVORCE MEDIATION

Where we work with divorcing couples help them craft personalized and durable
agreements.

Where agreement cannot be reached or if the matter is assessed as unsuitable for
mediation a s60I certificate can be issued.

 

PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENTS

Where we work with couples entering into a new relationship / marriage who wish
to prevent future possible litigation in the case of relationship breakdown in
the future.

POST-DIVORCE MEDIATION

When circumstances change, couples can return to mediation to renegotiate
financial and/or parenting terms.

NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENTS

We offer direct representation for a party and can provide support and expertise
to them during ‘out of court’ negotiations.
