TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment will be up front before the artist starts the commission.

Specified Due Date will include a rush fee of 100% total.

All communication related to commissions must be made through email, Ko-Fi's
direct messaging system, Discord’s direct messaging system, or Twitter’s direct
messaging system. The client should refrain from sending commission-related
messages through more than one platform.

The client is responsible for providing clear and accurate image references
and/or textual references. Designing a full character will cost extra. This
amount would be decided with the client depending on complexity.

The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel and refund an order at any
time.

No refunds. In the case that the artist must cancel an order, the client will be
fully refunded for any unfinished work.

Any commissioned work cannot be used for the purpose of NFTs(Non-Fungible
Tokens), crypto, or AI.

Payment will be accepted through Ko-Fi, Paypal, or Stripe. Commissions must be
paid in full before the artist begins any work.

The client is allowed 2 rounds of revisions per item. Further revisions may or
may not have an additional charge.

Commissions are intended for personal use only. The client must not reproduce or
distribute commissioned artwork for any other purpose than personal use. To
inquire about work for commercial use, please email the artist directly at
arialux.art AT gmail.com.

The artist reserves the right to publicly display commissioned artwork in any
way they wish. If the client wishes for a commission to be kept private, they
must state so ahead of time for an additional 30% fee.
