 * Cannabis up to 7 days
 * Benzodiazepines up to 7 days

    of all the toxins coming into your bladder at an accelerated rate, so that
    when the gap in the toxin flow appears, your bladder will fill with
    unadulterated urine.
 5. Get to your test as quickly as possible. If you’re a really light drug user,
    or have detoxed, then you could get four or five hours clean. But be
    prepared for just two or three hours, and try to submit your sample before
    the end of three hours as a maximum if possible.

The second scenario is that you are facing a drug test in the next two or three
days. This will allow you to do a partial detoxification.
