50% reward on money recovered from stolen movies / Microsoft Employment Fraud /
stolen concert proceeds.

Some of the reasons that I have watered down / down played www.TheftCase.com in
the past are:
1. The truth about how much screen writing that has been stolen from me is not
believable.
2. The case might be too lengthy if I put in all of the movies that I wrote.
3. I wanted to draw the reader's attention to the millions in bank fraud and
real estate fraud that have been committed against me instead of listing a bunch
of movies that were never collected on.

Some of the less than believable things that were not in www.TheftCase.com are
that I wrote about 80% of the main plot and sub plot material to Alien 1 thru
Aliens 4 and Sigourney Weaver wrote about 20% of the main and sub plots to these
movies. The cast and Sigourney Weaver probably wrote the dialog. I believe that
James Cameron took credit for most Alien's movie writing. Sigourney Weaver might
be collaborating testimony on this.
I was told repeatedly in my life that I wrote Predator 1 and I do not remember
writing Predator 1.
I then went on to write the last about 1/3 of Predator 2, Alien Vs. Predator and
most of Prometheus.
I wrote Alien1 and Prometheus (at different times) at the Universal Studios main
building in front of Robert Kirpatric, the at least then CEO of Universal / NBC.

I wrote Star Wars 1 - main plot and most sub plots. I presented my uncle Arthor
Gameral with this.
I gave my aunt Edith Gameral (one of Fox's CEOs at the time) all or most of the
sub plots to Star Wars 2 and Star Wars 3.
I believe that George Lucas is taking credit for all Star Wars writing. Mark
Hamill or Harrison Ford might be collaborating testimony on this.

Almost everything in Indiana Jones 1 is my main plot and sub plot writing. The
main plot and most sub plot writing for Indiana Jones 2 and Indiana Jones 3 are
mine.

this branch has been shut down. 700K Bank of America  - Flower St. LA CA 1.4
million Bank of America - Uptown Blvd Albuquerque NM 7 million Bank of America -
Las Vegas NV - Ft Apache and W. Sahara. 4.3 million Bank of America - Phoenix AZ
503K Bank of America - Downtown Philadelphia - Boeing Philadelphia employees
told me that they divided up this bank account. 600K Century Bank - Sunset Blvd
on the LA CA and Santa Monica CA border. 750K Pitkin County Bank (now Vectra
Bank in Aspen CO) 19 million Bank of America (Universal / NBC / Robert Kerpatric
paid this and they will not turn evidence).   I gave US Secret Service commander
Tiffany Stevens a 2K evidence tracer on this account.


People who probably willed me money includes:
Elisa Heir - US Secret Service commander - I think that this person told me that
she willed me 40K.

Linda Beadling - CIA Agent - This person told me that she willed me 5K.

Noela Hall - NSA commander - This person was worth a lot of money and she told
me that she willed me a lot of money.
Noela Hall, originally from Albuquerque NM is being impersonated by someone in
Texas.

Teresa Hutter - (MD / OB) - Albuquerque NM - I believe that this person willed
me 500K and she might have been killed because she willed me money.

Money that was paid to me by individuals (not movie studios) includes:
John Denver paid me 700K for "Oh God" and he was killed over his money and
because he paid me.

Rodney Dangerfield paid me 40K for writing most of the dialog to "Back to
School" and he might have been killed because he paid me.

Michael Jackson paid me 110K for playing 2 concerts with him and for booking him
for "Men in Black 2" and he might have been killed because he paid me.

Bill Bixby paid me 10K for writing the "Incredible Hulk" creature and parts of
"The Magician" and he did not turn over evidence of the check.

Billy Crystal paid me 150K for writing part of "Running Scared" and he will not
turn over evidence of the check.

Billy Joel paid me 110K for playing 5 concerts with him and he will not turn
over evidence of the payment.

Bruce Willis paid me 500K and he will not turn over evidence.

Charles Bronson paid me 50K for writing part of a "Death Wish" movie and he did
not turn in evidence of the check.

Daryl Hannah paid me 100K for writing most of the sub plots to "Splash" and she
will not turn in evidence of the check.

Gene Hackman paid me either 50K or 150K for writing almost all of the subplots
to "Superman 2", "Superman 3" and "Superman 4". I wrote small amounts of sub
plots to "The Quick and the Dead" and  parts of "Mississippi Burning". Mr.
Hackman has not turned in evidence of the check. (I also write about 2/3 of the
sub plots to "Superman Returns" - Never Paid - speak up Kate Bosworth).

Jody Foster paid me 50K for writing small parts of "Contact" and she will not
turn evidence of the check.

John Goodman - paid me 50K from coming up with the idea for "The Flintstone
Movie" and for "The Blues Brothers 2".
Where is the evidence of the check?  I also wrote the "Blues Brothers 1" Never
paid.

John Martyn - paid me 5K for 1 concert in Edinburgh Scotland and I don't have
evidence of the check.

Lee Iacocca paid me 100K for referring engineers to Chrysler and he did not want
to turn in evidence of the check.

Lorenzo Lamas paid me 10K and he will not turn evidence of the check.

Manhattan Transfer - paid me 3K for playing keyboards - I don't have evidence of
the check.

Natasha Henstridge paid me 100K for my writing with the "Species" movie series.
I also wrote the main plot and most sub plots to "Ghosts of Mars". Ms.
Henstridge has not turned in evidence of the check.

Pat Morita paid me 150K for writing most of the sub plots to "The Karate Kid 2"
and no one will turn in evidence of the check.

Pauly Shore paid me 400K? for writing a decent amount of "In the Army Now" and
he has not turned in evidence of the check.

Raul Julia paid me 50K for "Addam Family Values" and "Taquilla Sunrise" and no
one will turn in evidence of the check.

Rutger Hauer - paid me 50K for writing most of the subplots to "Lady Hawk" and
no one has turned over evidence of the payment.  The 50K was deposited into Bank
1 - Boulder CO - now Chase Bank.

Shelley Long paid me 150K for thinking of the main plot to "Troop Beverly Hills"
and she has not turned over evidence of the check.

Tom Hanks paid me 150K for writing parts of about 5 movies and he will not turn
over evidence of the check.

Analogy
Joe's construction made a Net of 3 million dollars over 3 years doing
renovations to 100 hotels.  At the end of the 3 years mobsters kill everyone in
Joe's construction except for Joe.  Mobster bank managers then rewrite Joe's
construction bank accounts information with mobster names, addresses, phone
numbers and social security numbers.

Instruments

A long time ago Powell flues told me that they dumped / accidentally deleted
their serial number database.  Prosecuting theft on material objects is often
prosecuted by way of receipts and serial numbers.

I bought about 5 Powell flutes that I cannot account for and that I used to play
concerts with. The instruments, receipts and serial numbers were stolen from the
houses that were home invaded.  Little did I realize the price of the top rated
gold models Powell flutes had skyrocketed to $68,000.00 per flute.

I accidentally left 1 gold Powell flute in the following house that was
successfully home invaded and real estate frauded: 146 N. Eagle Dr. Big Bear
Lake City CA.  That adds another $68,000.00 to the price of this house. I also
had cars stolen from that house.

The contents of my 700K - Bank of America - Flower St. LA CA account / safe
deposit box that was stolen included:
1 Gold Powell Flute.
About 1.1 million dollars in real estate property ownership papers on my Big
Bear CA houses that were successfully home invaded and successfully real estate
frauded away from me.

One of my flute teachers, Albert Tipton, gave me a Armstrong Platinum
Professional flute before he died, probably because of the amount of money I
spent taking flute lessons from him and spent on the Aspen Music Festival.
The contents of my 2.2 million dollar - Bank 1 / now Chase Bank - Boulder CO
account / safe deposit box that was stolen included:
1 Armstrong Platinum Professional flute.
The contacts for the movie Mr. IA that stated that I get 21 million dollars for
putting out the movie Mr. IA.
2 million in production costs were to be paid back to me if the movie was not
released.
5 Million in real estate property ownership papers.
4 congressional medals of honor.
(I opened this safe deposit box at the same time I opened a 2.2 million dollar
bank account at this bank.  Both got stolen.)

At least 3 professional model saxophones and receipts and serial numbers got
stolen from me in Beverly Hills CA.

I had 1 silver Powell Flute in one of the Laughlin NV houses that was
successfully home invaded and that was successfully real estate frauded away
from me. I still don't know the address on this house. A lot of the Laughlin
houses look similar.

I had at least 1 Kurzweil keyboard stolen from me.  I used that keyboard
instrument to play concerts with Hall and Oats, Joe Cocker, Manhattan Transfer
and Rick Springfield.

with bank robbers in a multi-state killing spree all going to a strip club that
is actually an Aztec pyramid with a bunch of the trucker's destroyed trucks

bouncer. I wrote most of the dialog to the following: Spot the dog dialog,
preacher being better than the rest of them dialog, Viet Nam dialog and then the
cast would smooth out that dialog after I gave them most of the dialog to those

location and was paid 1 million that was then reversed back out by William Hurt
and the bank.

Buffalo Soldier - I wrote most of the toxicology report dialog on deceased

I was peeved off at Burt Reynolds because he never got me paid for writing most
of the plot material to: Cannon Ball Run 1, Cannon Ball Run 2, Deliverance (I
wrote all plot material to this movie), Sharkey's Machine, Smokey and the Bandit
1 and Smokey and the Bandit 2.

After not getting me paid for writing most of the plot material to those movies,
Burt Reynolds then asked me what should we make movies about and I sarcastically
said “How about making a movie about all of the good times we had making movies
in the 70s's and 80's ".  Because of payment problems, I accidentally threw the
word porno into the description. This makes 7 Burt Reynolds movies that I never
got paid for writing most of the main plots and sub plots to.

Bond gets abducted to, gay hit guys, mud plastic surgery, moon rover chase
scene, Thumper and Bambi, sky scrapper sequences, Q cheating at gambling,
elephant gambling, walking on water with a bubble, bomb surprise probably and
mini sub on crane probably and I booked Jimmy Dean for this movie. It sounds
like I wrote at least 80% of this movie's sub plots. - Never Paid.

James Bond 9 - The Man with the Golden Gun - I wrote about 80% of this movie's

Billy Joel (a full concert tour for $110,000.00 is what I remember.  All money
was paid to me and was afterwards stolen).   Billy Joel is refusing to turn over
evidence on any payments.  Therefore, Billy Joel is guilty of conspiracy to
commit bank fraud and conspiracy to commit bank robbery.

Bob Seger - 1 concert. Bob Seger did not pay the 10K that was agreed upon.

Bon Jovi - 5 concerts - Jon Bon Jovi Paid me 70K for playing keyboards on 5
concerts. So far he has not turned in evidence on the payment.

Britney Spears - 2 concerts (Red Rocks Denver and Mandalay Bay Las Vegas) -
Never Paid.  I have invoiced Ms. Spears since 2003 and she has not responded or
paid her invoices.  In addition, I gave her some house ownership papers for safe
keeping on a house that has been real estate frauded and she has refused to turn
over evidence.

Bruce Hornsby - 1 concert - Santa Fe Downs - paid 10K? Mr. Hornsby, turn in
evidence.

Bruce Springsteen - 4 concerts - Bruce Springsteen refused to pay.

Crosby Still and Nash (CSN) - I played 1 concert with this band at Red Rocks in

Forest Gump's comment on integrated busing - "We have coon problems at my house.
They get in the trash and then ma shoes them off and then they leave us alone
for a while". I also wrote some of the shrimp dialog in this movie. - Never

the set of X-Men 2, I filed a police report with the Boston Police Department
because I expected to be ripped of for more writing. In spite of this, my X-Men
writing still got distributed all over the world again, with out me getting paid

I was planning to spend most of my money on clean fuels research and
development.  Therefore, this case is also a environmental terrorism case.

I order to try to get the United States Military (DOD) to pay my military pay, I
understated how much they owe me, just like a collection company might do. I
made a deal with Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr. The deal was, if they helped
me in a positive manner with the film writing thefts that I am a victim of then
the United States Government could have my military career for free. Ronald
Reagan and George Bush Sr. then did not help me with this theft case and they
did not pay me my military pay. The amount of payroll that the United States
Government has stolen from me is 9 years at $70,000.00 per year as a CIA
Commander (Internal Affairs) ½ time, because I did not want the job full time.
This = (9 * $70,000.00) / 2 (because ½ time not full time) = $315,000.00.  My
bases were Langley, the Pentagon and offices that I set up.

A very long time ago I wrote, produced and directed a decent amount of Oh God
with John Denver.

A very short amount of time before John Denver supposedly died in a plane crash
Mr. Denver paid me 700K.  I either deposited the money in Bank1 which was at
Broadway and Canyon in Boulder or I might have deposited the check at Nationwide
bank uptown Blvd. in Albuquerque which is now Bank of America.  Therefore, Bank
of America or Bank 1 is guilty of conspiracy in the murder of John Denver.  Both
of these banks are guilty of conspiracy to commit bank robbery and conspiracy to
commit bank fraud.
