Into The Deep Exhibit



My show that premeired at Adobe’s Lehi gallery showcasing a personal project
spanning character, prop, and environment designs with a peek into development
and production oriented art.

Character and Costume Design

I have experience in realistic and semi realistic costume/character design.


Weapon and Prop Design

I love working with weapons and small props to help enrich a setting. With the
right mindset, even a crate can add to the appeal and worldbuilding of any
location.



Figure Drawing

I’ve built my skills on top of drawing from life and the figure- both of which I
consider invaluable parts of my foundation. Those beginnings greatly inform my
sketching processes and shape design now.




Environment Concepts

Some environment explorations I’ve worked on as part of a more holistic personal
project. 




Painting

I’m also capable of a range of painting in illustration styles ranging from
sketches to production-oriented illustrations.



Gaphic Design

Whether it be an Emigre magazine or the next stack to draw from Designer’s
Republic, it all influences my work. Sometimes it’s in the form of livery,
 others it’s a broader pillar of the work itself- but it’s a lense I value
highly and continue to leverage frequently. 



Fashion Design

I also have an obessive interest in fashion, textiles, and their intersection
with other art forms. Like fine art, I believe that fashion is an underutilized
resource in the concept community. Alternatively, I suggest that it should be
understood as a sister-category to conceptual work and offers great gains to
many processes.
