BANANA & PASSION FRUIT SHAKE RECIPE




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Banana Cream Flavoured Shake Mix
1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix
240 g frozen sliced bananas,
1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk or cream,
3 cups (750 ml) vanilla ice cream
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla essence
Stir through 2 tubs (110 g each) passion fruit pulp
Add ice cubes

Method:
Divide between 2 or 3 glasses and decorate with desiccated coconut and extra
passion fruit.



PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE BOWL




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Banana Cream Flavoured Shake Mix
2 cups (500 ml) almond milk
¼ cup (60 ml) peanut butter
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla essence
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey 2 chopped bananas

Method:
Combine all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with fresh coconut, banana and
pomegranate.



BANANA OAT SMOOTHIE RECIPE




Ingredients:
2 scoops Formula 1 Shake Mix Banana Cream Flavoured
1 scoop Multifibre
½ cup (120 mL/70 g) Gluten Free Oats
1½ cups (350 mL) water
1 medium banana, frozen
1½ cups (350 mL) unsweetened almond milk
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
Fresh fruit, for garnish

Method:
Gluten Free Oats in a medium bowl, add the water and stir well. Let sit for 5
minutes. Place all the ingredients, except the fruit garnish, in a blender and
process until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit and serve.



ROSEWATER BISCUITS




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Spiced Apple Flavoured Shake Mix
1 batch basic vanilla butter biscuit dough
½ tsp (3 ml) rosewater + extra for icing
1 egg white
1 cup (130 g) icing sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) dried or fresh rose petals (optional)
A few drops pink food colouring

Method:
Omit vanilla paste or essence, and add rosewater along with eggs. For
decorating, whisk egg white until fluffy and add icing sugar, a little at a
time, whisking until the icing is smooth and runny. Add a tiny drop pink food
colouring and a drop rosewater for extra flavour if you like. Spread icing over
each biscuit, allow to set slightly and place rose petals, if using, on each
biscuit. Allow icing to dry completely before serving or store in an airtight
container for up to 1-2 weeks.



STRAWBERRY MELON SHAKE




Ingredients:
1 scoop (13 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Cream Flavoured Shake Mix
1 scoop (13 g) of Formula 1 Strawberry Delight Flavoured Shake Mix
1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix
250 ml semi-Skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
50 g Plain Greek Yogurt – low fat
¼ cup Strawberries
¼ cup Melon Add ice cubes

Method:
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.



TROPICAL COCONUT MOUSSE




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Banana Cream flavoured Shake Mix
1 scoop Protein Drink Mix
15 ml AloeMax or Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango flavour
1 ripe mango
½ a tin (200 ml) reduced fat coconut milk Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime

Method: Peel the mango and cut all flesh away from the stone. Place the flesh in
a blender and add the AloeMax/Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango flavour, coconut
milk, Protein Drink Mix, Formula 1 Banana Cream flavoured Shake Mix, the zest
and juice of the lime. Blend well until smooth and thick. Serve in glasses or
bowls and top with grated lime zest.



CAFÉ MOCHA SHAKE




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Caffe Latte Flavoured Shake Mix
1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix
250ml Soy milk or semi-skimmed milk
½ Banana
2 tsp Instant coffee
Add ice cubes

Method:
Blend together with a few ice cubes and serve.



FOREST FRUIT & BANANA SHAKE




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Summer Berries Flavoured Shake Mix
1 cup frozen fruits of the forest
1 banana, sliced
½ cup low-fat fruits of the forest yogurt
Add ice cubes

Method:
Blend for 30 seconds



KIWI AND CUCUMBER SHAKE




Ingredients:
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Cream Flavoured Shake Mix
1 cup (250 ml) low-fat milk
75 g cucumber-peeled and diced
1 very ripe kiwi peeled

Method:
Blend for 30 seconds
