DESCRIPTION

Take Care Mama Massage is a tranquil haven nestled within the comfort of my home
in east Highlands Ranch. I offer more than just therapeutic massage; I provide
an escape for moms from all walks of life whether it’s the corporate 9-5 job,
adventuring with kiddos all day or an inner struggle that’s hard to articulate.
I see you - no matter where you are. I am dedicated to helping moms prioritize
their health and happiness through the power of healing touch. As moms, we
typically put ourselves last, so I am here to encourage you to enter a space of
stillness to fully receive and take a break from constantly giving. I have a
decade of experience in therapeutic massage including Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular
Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Prenatal Massage, Postpartum Massage, and
Abdominal/WISH Massage as well as Craniosacral Therapy. Not only do I love
providing a nurturing and soothing touch that brings immense relaxation for
pregnant, postpartum and non-pregnant mamas, but I am very passionate about
helping cesarean mamas heal their bellies (being a cesarean mama myself). At
Take Care Mama Massage, I want to change the conversation from mamas being taken
care of last to us being taken care of first. Feel free to call me before

Jane's space is relaxing, inviting and cozy. She is very knowledgeable about
treating perinatal clients, and thorough with her intake and massage. I also
appreciated the comfy pregnancy pillows and aromatherapy. Can't wait for my next
massage!

Had such a wonderful prenatal massage with Jane this weekend! Jane creates a
perfect balance of a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She is effective at
releasing those problem areas without leaving you writhing on the table, and
encouraging deep, relaxing breaths. I left with that zen, heavy feeling (almost
like a runner's high after a long run?!) and after a nap, felt great and
energized! I also appreciated the debrief after our massage where she gave me
some feedback on areas to work on, and recommendations for how to do so. Highly

Loved my massage(s) from Jane at Take Care Mama Massage sooooooo much! She
really takes her time to personalize things. I have had three personalized
massages so far: a nurture mama massage (relaxation massage), therapy massage
(stretches and deep tissues) and WISH method massage (abdominal). They were all
perfect! She has set up a really nice massage room in her lovely home. It's easy
to park and a comfortable community atmosphere with easy access to Quebec. Best
massage ever. Seriously Mamas, try her out!

Jane really has the ability to connect to both your body and your mind for a
customized experience. Combine that with the light stretching, aromatherapy +
her accommodating nature and it really makes your massage a total wellness
visit. The quality and assortment of cushions helped this very pregnant mama get
comfortable, relax and settle into the space. When going into someone’s home for
a service you never know what you’re going to get, but Jane has done a wonderful
job and really created a clean and cozy environment. Hand down the best prenatal
