ECOPRO SERVICE





PROPERTY INVENTORIES



We provide property inventories for landlords and agents.  These are a fully
inclusive schedule of condition for furnished or unfurnished properties.  We
also carry out periodic inspections for landlords and agents with full reports
and pictures and check out reports.


GENERAL MAINTENANCE



All maintenance jobs undertaken – from putting a shelf up to a kitchen refit. 
We offer the best rates for quality workmanship.  Our dedicated maintenance team
pride themselves on years of experience.


ROOFING



Pitched or Flat, repairs or replacements.  You will not find a more dedicated
team and competitive prices.  As with all of our service’s there is no charge
for our written quotations and reports.




CARPENTRY



Our experienced carpenters can build you a new storage solution or hang doors,
whatever the job they are happy to provide a full quotation and drawings if
necessary.


HI AB HIRE/CRANE HIRE



Machines moved, hot tubs relocated and caravans re-sited. Whatever you need we
can arrange at competitive prices and no nonsense service.


SPECIALIST LIFT SERVICES



We work with some of the largest lift companies in the industry to provide pit
and guide cleaning and shaft paints, all of our engineers are fully trained in
lift safety and you only have to check our testimonials to see they know their
stuff!




GAS SAFE REPAIRS INSTALLS & CERTIFICATES



We have a team of three gas safe engineers working over Kent and London
providing top installs, certificates and repairs.  We will not be beaten of
service or price. Discounts given for block bookings or contracts.


ELECTRICAL WORKS



We have two electricians with 60 years combined experience.  They are the best
in the business and offer competitive rates and safety certificates for
landlords.


DRIVE WAYS, PAVING/RESIN



Our driveways and landscapes team provide a range of driveway and patio options,
astro turf, garden landscaping and any garden or outdoor requirements.  They are
happy to come and discuss any hopes and dreams you have for your outdoor space
even on evenings and weekends.




PAINTING & DECORATING



From one room to a tower block communal areas this team have covered it all. 
They are the best more precise decorating team around and will not be beaten on

If you have an emergency water leak, or electrical power outage, we understand
that these need to be attended to on the same day. We cover the whole of the UK
covering all types of emergencies and can be there the same day. Our Phone line
is on 24/7 and visits for prices can be booked 7 days a week including evenings.
