within thirty days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for
in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment
interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of United States's base
rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full
and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies
remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies
and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance
does not exceed $3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
If at any time, within 60 days of your most recent order, you are dissatisfied
with the product, contact our customer service team at support@givhealth.com to
request your refund and receive an RMA number for returns. Unsolicited returns
are not accepted and will not be honored. Product refunds are limited to the
most recent purchase and are limited to a maximum of the purchase price of your
most recent shipment. Any shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All
refunds are processed upon receipt of unused product. Please include your full
name and order number with all refund requests. Wholesale orders are not

Subscription
You may cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at
support@givhealth.com. Subscriptions must be cancelled within 24 hours of
billing receipt to receive a refund for that purchase without any costs
associated with sending any of the unopened product back. Issuing a return to
sender or refusal to accept is not accepted as a cancellation and does not
qualify for a full refund. The customer must have an RMA number associated with
issuing a return.
