For the past 50 years, Kuvera has invested in its communities by acquiring
properties, building facilities, and operating successful businesses


HOLLYWOOD, CA

In 2021, we acquired the building that was The Embassy Club, a private celebrity
nightspot during Hollywood’s Golden Age. It was here that we opened the original
Hollywood Wax Museum in 1965, providing fun “star sightings” for visitors ever
since. This Spanish Colonial Revival on the Hollywood Walk of Fame entered the
National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Kuvera is committed to upholding
the legacy of this famous Hollywood address.




BRANSON, MO

Kuvera bought the 13-acre Grand Palace property in 2014. Vacant since 2008, this
premium spot in the center of the Highway 76 Entertainment District sorely
needed redevelopment. We commissioned eight market studies over four years to
formulate a five-phase master plan for the Branson Boardwalk entertainment
complex. The project aligns with the city’s vision of attracting younger
families to this popular tourist destination.




BRANSON, MO

Kuvera bought the Music Road Mall in 2014 and became the lessor to its existing
tenants. The purchase of this property, just east of the Hollywood Wax Museum
Entertainment Center, was part of our long-term plan to keep improving the
visual appeal of Highway 76. We refurbished the building and added a 30 ft tall,
guitar-shaped sign as a nod to Branson’s rich history of live music
entertainment.




BRANSON, MO

In 2012, we were able to acquire the 1.23-acre parcel where the Hollywood Wax
Museum has welcomed guests since 1996. This paved the way for Kuvera to partner
with the city and launch the first portion of the new pedestrian promenade. The
project included landscaping and the addition of fun and memorable photo-ops to
enhance the visitor experience.




PIGEON FORGE, TN

To build on Kuvera’s presence in the Smoky Mountains, we bought the defunct
National Antique Mall & Freedom Museum on the main parkway between Sevierville
and Gatlinburg in 2010. Our vision was to create a multi-attraction center that
could be combined with a new wax museum nearby. We built an eye-catching castle,
housing two popular attractions and later added a third tourist favorite.




PIGEON FORGE, TN

With a total of five acres available for development, we simultaneously built
the castle and our largest Hollywood Wax Museum, featuring a 40,000-pound ape
towering 102 feet above the 14-mile Parkway. By creating this new landmark, we
contributed to the establishment of a bustling tourist hub along the stretch
near Showplace Blvd.




BRANSON, MO

In 2010, Kuvera purchased a dilapidated motel next door to its Hollywood Wax
Museum Entertainment Center in the heart of the Highway 76 Entertainment
District. We developed a Hollywood-themed, 18-hole mini-golf course, which
earned a Branson Beautification Award for transforming this property into a
spectacular venue that is exciting and appealing to visitors.




HOLLYWOOD, CA

When Kuvera bought the historic Hollywood Theater in the late 1980s, the
building on Hollywood Boulevard sat in disrepair and was slated for demolition.
Creating a Guinness franchise in this prime spot helped revitalize the area, and
our attraction continues to be a popular family-friendly destination.




THOUSAND OAKS, CA

With the original Hollywood Wax Museum doing well, Kuvera was ready to diversify
and expand its assets. The emerging mini-storage industry seemed to be a good
investment. Market research pointed us toward Thousand Oaks, a growing suburb of
Los Angeles. Since 1979, Hollywood Storage Center has expanded with the
community, and now offers 290,053 sq ft of storage units on 9.85 acres.
