Cesar Cristobal’s business card lists him as a “Product Specialist” and the
title couldn’t be more true. He told us all the information about our car of
choice not as a sales pitch, but as someone who was actually excited about what
the car was, and could do. After not having bought a car in 20 years he clearly
described and explained the new technology and we felt comfortable in his hands.
We never felt pressured into making a deal. Cesar listened to our most important
desires and needs and stayed flexible. He worked with us until we found a deal
that suited everyone. Nice! We couldn’t be more happy with the car or with how
we were treated. Best car buying experience ever! Thank you Cesar! (And the rest

I was greeted by one of your employees while I was still looking for parking
outside in the parking lot of Nissan. Turns out, he was the one that took car of
me. I don't remember his name; but, he and everyone else in the room was so
attentive, polite and professional. Your waiting area is amazing. I felt so
relaxed before, during and after my waiting time. Your restroom was on point!
Your coffee area is an example of above and beyond excellent customer service.

my salesman was Ashton who called me a half hour after I called on a 370Z I saw
on the internet. Next morning we test drove this immaculate roadster that I
never thought I would own. the color, equipment ,wheels and style was exactly
what I wanted. I only came to look, but ended up driving it home thanks to
Ashton seeing the love affair II had for the car.....it took some very fancy and
total determination on his part to see that this car and myself were to be a
match made in heaven just like my spouse and I, who ended up buying it for me.
She and Aston played with numbers for quite some time, they shook hands, and now
I'm the proud owner of the most beautiful sportscar on the road, and by the way,
I'm 80 years old. The next day Ashton made a follow up call to make sure
everything was satisfactory with my new roadster...I suggest anyone wanting to
buy a car from tis dealer, ask for Ashton, you will get a salesman that will do
anything he can to satisfy your shopping experience.........thanks again

Walking into my 3rd Nissan dealership due to the lack of stock I walked into
Berman thinking I was going to get the same bad answer "No but we have this
instead". I am looking around and I didn't see that many cars in the building so
then I am about to walk out when someone says to me " Can I get you a drink on
the way out so I can tell them at least you left with a drink!" I am all in for
ball busting time but you gotta hang to bust with the best and that some one is
Steve Torres. Lets just say that we volleyed back and forth for some time. I had
no faith in the youth in terms of busting but he got me a few times. Steve still
gave me the low on inventory answer but said what no one else said to me not
once. "IF you want I can reach out only when I get one in" ding ding .. Thank
you for the quality service by employing qualified people who are not sales
people but much more. They sell professional relations by building friendships.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at this dealership. From the sales
person, EMANUEL MENDOZA to the finance department. I felt everyone had my best
interest in seeing me purchase a car and they seemed to go above to make sure I
felt comfortable with what I was looking for and willing to pay. I never felt
like they were interested in just making a sale but rather that I was genuinely
happy. Much respect to the salesman Emanuel Mendoza. I highly recommend seeking
him out for anyone interested in purchasing a car. He's very friendly, mature
understands the financial aspect well and seems to genuinely care.

This service visit was great. Dropped off my NVP SL3500 and within hours I was
contacted with a list of items in need of servicing. I must admit, I had sticker
shock on a few of the items they found and decided not to have the work done. I
choose what was needed to keep the vehicle running and paid the high price for
them. My NVP was ready the next day with a wash. The service people were nice
and helpful, but the $190.00 an hour labor fee was a hard pill to swallow.
Inflation I guess. I will return when I need to.
