No problem! We look forward to your enthusiastic participation in the Prabhu
Ratna Contest 2025, with exciting new categories!


OBJECTIVES

The objective of the contest is to boost enthusiasm in the BKs and emerge their
hidden talents and/or create new skills in them. Through this contest, the
skills or projects which will be evaluated can be used as best practices in the
future for the benefit of all BKs and BK centres.

WHAT IS PRABHU RATNA CONTEST 2024

PROVIDING DIVINE STAGE FOR HIDDEN TALENT

The contest is to boost enthusiasm in the BKs and emerge their talents to
showcase their skills or projects which will be evaluated and can be used as
best practices for the benefit of all BKs and BK centres.
This contest is being hosted by SpARC Wing


ELIGIBILITY

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

All BK students in India can participate.


MODE OF SUBMISSION

VIRTUAL CONTEST

The submission is online. Entries have to be uploaded either in the form of
videos/ write-ups on the portal prabhuratna.com using the url and/or QR code. A
unique ID number will be generated for each submission


NOT TECH-SAVVY

DIFFICULTY IN SUBMISSION?

No problem. Someone at the centre will definitely help you with your video and
subsequent submission


DURATION OF THE CONTEST

START & END DATES

This contest will run for 3.5 months from 15th August to 30th November 2024.
(Last submission date is 30th November, 12 midnight)


CONTEST RULES

RULES & REGULATIONS

Rules for each category can be found on prabhuratna.com. Please read these
carefully before participating. Thereafter, submit performance/project
appropriately. Also, keep your centre in-charge informed about your
participation.


EVALUATION PROCESS



Once the performances/projects are submitted onto the prabhuratna.com portal,
the submissions of each category will be evaluated by a panel of 3 judges.
Evaluation will be out of 100 marks for each and every category. The final
scores will be displayed on the portal itself.
Will feedback be given: You will definitely receive feedback on request


CONTEST RESULT



Winners for all categories will be declared post 15th December 2024 on
www.prabhuratna.com


PRIZE



The top three participants from each category would receive the 1st, 2nd & 3rd
position trophies, sanmaan patra and saugaat.


PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:


The prize distribution ceremony place & date will be communicated shortly...
