I've been a customer of Nourished for around a year. I really enjoy taking my
vitamins, they feel like a snack rather than having lots of pills every day!
I've most recently tasted the protein bars, which they kindly sent me a taster
box to try. I did find the fruitier bars delicious. I've read through other
reviews around the bars, I think maybe some confusion and comparison to the non
vegan alternatives out there. I personally enjoyed them. Customer service is
always helpful and delivery on time.

I have saved money and precious time from the first month. Between my husband
and I it was so daunting and expensve to research every month what was on sale
and how much of the supplement was really in the gummy etc. With Nourished it
has all been done for us... simple. We prefer gummies to taking pills and in the
US it is sometimes tough to find your supplements in gummie form with correct
dosage and all natural ingredients. The customer service at this company is
obviously held to a high standard because they have been amazing on responding
and offering guidance. So very glad to have found you!

I have been taking them for over 8 months now and I have definitely feel so much

is that they are very high calorie so are more of a bar meal replacement rather
than a snack…it would be great to have some lower calorie options 😊 I got them
on the 50%off deal which is great! But not sure I’d be willing to pay full
price, as although they are delicious, it’s a bit too pricey for me. But very
yummy and glad I’ve tried them!

Absolutely love this company, I suffer from pcos and after 8 long painful years
of trying everything from health shop I suddenly stumbled upon this site, with
the pcos stack!! Ordered and took for 2 months straight and noticed a major
improvement from first month my menstrual cycle was back after being missing in
action for so long same with 2md month but stopping due to waiting on medical
advice I was given the carry on and thanks to nourished I was also given half
price off my 3rd box, just had my 5th box and yes they may seem pricey but they

Do the stacks contain sugar or allergens?
Our Nourished stacks are coated with erythritol which gives the stack a sweet
taste. It also contains maltitol within the pectin gel formulation, but is most
definitely sugar free. If you do have a specific allergy or have any questions

How are the stacks made?
We 3D print all of our stacks, to order, using our special patented**
technology, read more about our creations and printers on our blog here **

What are the macronutrients & calories of the stacks?
** All nutritional values are on average Each 11g stack contains Calories - 25**
Carbohydrates - 8g** Protein-0g Fat-0g
Are they suitable for restrictive diets?
Our pectin based encapsulation formula is 100% vegan, allergen free, Halal and
Kosher friendly. All of our active ingredients are also sourced from high
quality whole food and vegan sources.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We spent time making sure all of our ingredients are naturally sourced, vegan
and all from UK suppliers.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime up to 48 hours before your next order is
processed. Login into your online account, head to subscriptions. On each
subscription you will have the option to cancel or pause your order. Submit the
form and our customer love team will confirm the change has been made to your
account. Alternatively please reach out to our team at
