SERVICES ONLINE


MY ACCOUNT

You will need to create a new My Account to access your council tax and benefit
details for the first time after 27 January 2021. You don't need an account to
report problems, but it's easier to make reports and check progress if you have
one.

Login for My Account services, including:

 * your council tax account
 * your housing benefit and council tax support
 * parking permit applications and parking permit records
 * records of My Account applications, reports and bookings you made while
   logged-in

You don't need to login to pay council tax, apply for a benefit or report a new
problem.

You need a separate login account for each service below – it's important you
logout of each one individually when you finish:

 * Housing applications and rent accounts.
   Apply to join the housing register, bid for properties or check your rent
   statement.
 * Parent services login.
   Apply for school admissions, free school meals and free childcare for
   2 year-olds.
 * Library services login.
   Reserve or renew items and charges.
 * Planning and licensing login.
   Comment on open applications.
 * Consultations and petitions.
   Take part in consultations and petitions.
 * Email newsletters.
   Select which newsletters you would like to receive by email.
 * Register to vote.
   You can register on the GOV.UK website.
