1 You have been offered the HCF eight weeks free Offer through Compare Club and
you have agreed to accept the Offer on these terms and conditions. 2. To be
eligible to receive the eight weeks free offer (Offer) you must be a new HCF
member who joins eligible combined hospital & extras cover between 25 March 2024
00:00 AEST and 30 June 2024 23:59 AEST (Offer period). Excludes Hospital Premium
Gold cover, Corporate Hospital Premium Gold and Overseas Visitors Health Cover.
Your cover must start during the Offer period, and you must not have been an HCF
member 2 months prior to taking out the Offer. You must pay your first months'
premium and maintain your policy for 1 month which will entitle you to have the
date your policy is paid to extended by six weeks; and after 12 months from the
date you join us, you will be entitled to have the date your policy is paid to
extended by an additional two weeks. HCF may take up to six weeks to process
each extension.

2 These Terms and Conditions apply to the nib join Offer, which allows
individuals to join and receive “6 Weeks free” (Offer). The Promoter of this
Offer is Health Insurance Comparison Choosewell Pty Ltd ACN 621 342 667 of Level
2, 570 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 (Promoter), and by joining, claimants
agree to be bound by these conditions. The Offer commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on
1 MAY 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm (AEST) on 31 MAY 2024 (Offer Period). Policies
joined after 11.59 pm (AEST) on 31 MAY 2024 will not be eligible for the Offer.
This Offer is open only to Australian citizens, permanent residents of
Australia, or those who are entitled to full reciprocal rights under Medicare,
registered for Medicare, and listed on an active Medicare card, who are 18 years
or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join)
(Eligible Members). The Offer is only available to Eligible Members who join an
nib combined Hospital and Extras Australian resident’s health insurance product
(nib ARHI product) through the promoter’s approved channels during the Offer
Period (Eligible Product). The Offer does not apply to the purchase of any other
private health insurance product issued by nib, or any member moving from one of
these products to an Eligible Product. The Offer excludes any non-health related
insurance products (e.g. Travel). nib may request proof of identity, residency,
and eligibility to ensure the Eligible Member meets the Private Health Insurance
requirements for the Eligible Product. For clarity, Eligible Members who join an
Eligible Product (during the Offer Period), which has a policy start date
outside of the Offer Period, can qualify for the Offer subject to their
compliance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the
Eligibility Requirements); and any other terms and conditions imposed by nib in
relation to the selection of policy start dates. The Offer consists of adjusting
the “paid to” date on the qualifying policy to reflect the reduction off the
premium payable for an amount equating to 6 weeks of the annual premium. To
receive the Offer, Eligible Members must successfully join an Eligible Product
during the Offer Period through one of the promoter’s approved channels;
maintain the Eligible Product up to the date of the Offer being applied to the
active policy, being 31 JULY 2024 (Fulfilment Date) and the Offer will be
forfeited if the Eligible Member is not an active policyholder on the Fulfilment
Date; not be a current policyholder of a product issued by nib (including nib
Overseas Students Health Insurance, nib International Workers Health Insurance,
nib Corporate Private Health Insurance, Qantas Health Insurance, Suncorp Health
Insurance, GU Health Insurance, AAMI Health Insurance, Apia Health Insurance,
ING Health Insurance, Priceline Health Insurance, Real Health Insurance, Seniors
Health Insurance) at the time of joining the Eligible Product, or have cancelled
any of these policies 6 months before or during the Offer Period; have a valid
email address applied to their policy; and not be an employee of the Promoter
(together the Eligibility Requirements). Limit of one Offer per Eligible Product
commenced during the Offer Period. The Offer cannot be combined with any other
offer or promotion except for nib’s “2 and 6 Month Waiver” offer. If an Eligible
Member has satisfied the Eligibility Requirements, the Promoter will email the
Eligible Member to confirm they have qualified for the Offer and that the
adjustment of their “paid to” date on their policy has been adjusted to credit
their policy in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Each Eligible Member
acknowledges that the Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund,
or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit
or security. Subject to any rights any person has under any laws, the Promoter
excludes all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, for any loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity, profits, or business) in relation to or
resulting from any way in connection with this Offer. Nothing in these Terms and
Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or
modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The Promoter may at any time, amend or
withdraw all or any part of this Offer and substitute with another Offer of
equal or greater value. Eligible Members will not be entitled to any
compensation in the event that the Offer or element of the Offer has been
substituted at equal or greater value. The Promoter is not responsible for any
undelivered emails due to an Eligible Member’s spam filters or email settings.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from receipt of the Offer any
persons that provide false information or who seek to gain an unfair advantage
or to manipulate this Offer. Personal information will be collected by the
Promoter for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist
the Promoter to improve its services. By claiming this Offer, each Eligible
Member consents to storage and use of their personal information by the Promoter
in accordance with its Privacy Policy (at

3 Australian Unity: New members on new memberships only who commence a hospital
and extras policy by 30 June. Full terms and conditions T&Cs. 4 All other extras
waiting periods still apply. All applicable hospital waiting periods still
apply. Transferring members will have amounts claimed in 2024 on their previous
cover taken into account in calculating their yearly limit for equivalent

5 To be an Eligible Customer, all of the following conditions must be met: The
person joining is either: o new Peoplecare members, a former Peoplecare member
who left the fund more than 12 months before the offer period commenced. Take
out one of the following products: Hospital and Extras products (Combined
Products) on single, single parent, single parent plus, couple or family or
family plus cover. Take out an eligible product between 1st May 2024 and 30th
June 2024. And policy commences by 30th June 2024. Peoplecare membership must be
held for 60 continuous days and be financial prior to the 4 WEEKS FREE been
applied to the membership. Peoplecare member must maintain the eligible
Peoplecare health insurance policy for 13 consecutive months from the join date
and be financial to be eligible to receive the subsequent 4 weeks. The
membership must be current and paid up to date at the time the offer is being
redeemed. Must pay their premiums by direct debit or credit from an account with
a financial institution, such as a bank. The 2 and 6 month waiting periods on
Extras will be waived from the join date. Yearly limits, other waiting periods,
fund and policy rules apply. Exclusions: This offer is not valid for any of the
