As earlier I mentioned, we offer taxi services across the UAE region, So to improve the quality and services we started looking for a vendor to build this product. We hired Jellyfish Technologies after evaluating their expertise and lots of discussion. Initially, they shared the details planned doc with all requirements (Technology, design, time budget, platform, etc.). It takes a few weeks for us to decide and finalize all the things for product development. They assign a project manager and a few other members to work on. The product is still in development we're improving some parts of it and will be live soon. They use Basecamp for all documentation and project management and this was easy for me to understand and check the process and progress of the project.
