FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My account has been blocked, what can I do?


You can restore your account by logging in with itsme® or eID. You can do this
via helena.care/recover. Alternatively, you can ask you general practitioner to
generate a new activation code.

Can I activate Helena for my child?


Yes, you can. Children older than 12 can create their own account. For children
under 12, you as a parent can get access to the account of your child. Ask your
general practitioner at your next consultation.

How do I give somebody access to my account?


If you want to give somebody access to your account, click on the 'Grant access
to a user' button in your account settings. He or she will receive an invitation
at the e-mail address that you specified.

How do I register?


You have two options. Either you register your account by yourself via itsme® or
eID, or you ask your general practitioner for an activation code. With this
activation code you can surf to helena.care/code to complete the registration.
