Came here on June 23, we were looking for a restaurant to walk in quickly. I
think i ordered the Hokkaido Scallops. They were delicious. They added this
green sauce to it which made it taste much better. The environment around us was
so peaceful with dim lights and peaceful area. I love the interior and the hotel
near the restaurant. Came to Tennessee for a soccer showcase and the restaurants
here are very great.

Feels like I stepped into a magical forest. It is beautiful and so aesthetic.
The menu offers variety for breakfast lunch brunch and dinner. Honestly so many
great choices I had to pick on the fly! It’s also a great place to work if
traveling for business. There are high tops before entering the main dining
room. At night I’m positive it’s beautiful.

The service at 1 Kitchen is always exceptional. We've had Allen multiple times
and he's incredibly sweet and attentive. Austin, one of the chefs there, is also
extremely kind and talented. They really go out of their way to make sure you
have a good experience. You can't beat the ambiance at 1 Kitchen - the designs
are thoughtful and organic while still being comfortable. The food is also very
good. The last time we were there we had the hushpuppies and salmon among other
things and they were both fantastic. It's in a great spot in Nashville so if you
want to walk around the city at all it's a great place to go and get some
exposure to downtown. High recommend!

Oh wow! Shubham was an excellent server. Very attentive and knowledgeable for
recommendations on the menu. The hushpuppies were for sure our favorite along
with the scallops. Nice cocktails and cool atmosphere all around but the real
star was the service. Will be coming back for sure, thanks Shubham!

My order got made wrong unfortunately, but the manager Shannon had me come back
the next day at lunch when I had time and already had my food ready for me. What

I'm a native Nashvillian, so I've seen a lot of restaurants come and go and
eaten at most all of them. This is the best one. The staff and ambience are
fantastic, but the food is absolutely incredible. We shared a number of
appetizers and some entrees and everything was phenomenal.
