CLINICAL INVESTIGATIONS


 

In Lithuania, clinical investigations of medical devices can be performed only
with the permission issued by the Accreditation Agency.

 

Clinical investigations must be performed according to the requirements of
Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

 

Until EUDAMED will be fully functional application and all supporting documents
must be submitted to Accreditation Agency according to Health Ministers
2020-11-26 order No. V-2745 .
