On November 5 2024, vote

Christian Germa 

for Millburn Board of Education 

For years, our community has consistently voiced similar concerns: ensuring fair
and equitable grading, developing flexible pathways and class access,
prioritizing student health and well-being, and strengthening STEM education.

 

While the changes initiated by the new Board of Education since last January are
important steps in the right direction, we must continue to build on them. It’s
crucial that we come together as a district to collaboratively shape policies
and ensure broad support for their implementation. Moving forward requires
transparency, respectful dialogue, and genuine cooperation among all
stakeholders.

 

I look forward to working collaboratively with my future fellow Board members
and our new Superintendent to drive these important changes forward, sooner
rather than later. With thoughtful, determined leadership, I am confident that
Millburn can continue to be one of the most desirable districts for both
students and educators.
