KEY STAFF INITIATIVES





BIC TRAINING

The BIC Training School is an innovation that is unique in the cleaning
industry. It allows us to offer a continuous in-house program of induction and
training for our cleaning staff.

ABORIGINAL + TORRES STRAIT ISLANDERS

Our long-established commitment to a diverse workforce has been the driving
factor for supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders on their journey to
meaningful and long-term employment.
