Preventive measures for persons arriving from overseas during the pandemic of
COVID-19

• As per the health guidelines issued on 06th December 2022 by the Director
General of Health Services;

I. The requirement to produce COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate by any person
arriving to Sri Lanka via any airport or sea port is removed.

II. The requirement to produce a pre boarding or on arrival negative COVID-19
test (PCR/RAT) by any person arriving to Sri Lanka via any airport or sea port
is removed.

Cameroon, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Ghana

 

Visitors from Cameroon, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Ghana who intend to apply for
ETA may apply through Sri Lankan Sponsor for their ETA from the Head office of
the Department of Immigration & Emigration, Sri Lanka.
