UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY OUTREACH ACTIONS

As federal, state, and local mandates trickle down to incorporate those
communities most effected by climate change, pollution, and poverty, it is
imperative to have meaningful engagements with those disproportionately affected
to ensure the true problems are identified and meaningful solutions can be
implemented. Planning and implementing programs without their input will
certainly result in failure. 2020vet leaders have a long history of working with
hard-to-reach communities around the globe facing insurmountable odds
recognizing each situation has its own unique set of issues and solution sets.


BRINGING TOGETHER VARYING PERSPECTIVES WITH THE GOAL OF BETTER OUTCOMES.

Diversity and inclusion are simply bringing together varying perspectives with
the goal of better outcomes that may not have been able to be achieved through
myopic thinking.  Research overwhelmingly shows multi-faceted approaches
increases industry ROI and shareholder value.  We incorporate baselines,
personality tests, group work and involve participants at every level ensuring
they not only see the value, but can implement positive change. We facilitate
and allow you to come up with solutions and a plan moving forward.


ENSURING A GENDER LENS IS APPLIED TO IMPROVE OPERATIONAL OUTCOMES

Women and children are disproportionally affected by conflict and crisis
including community unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, environmental
degradation, climate change and more. We get to the root of problem by
incorporating the very people who have the most equities in safety and security
within their communities ensuring the whole population is accounted for and
resourced correctly. Our one-of-a-kind Team of Women, Peace, and
Security experts are proven and tested leaders in this field.
