verify forged Document
I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company
are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan
agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should
there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

May I ask if there is a report which confirms that when a Recipient is signing
using QES he actually created a Wallet? This when the envelope is not yet
Completed. We have a case where in History it mentions creating a Wallet but
need to be sure via a report.

Phone Number Invalid on SMS Verification, help ASAP
i have tried numerous format such as (xxx) xxxx-xxxx xxx-xxxx-xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx
xxx xxxx-xxxx xxx xxxx xxxx then checking the validity of my phone number (in
which it is valid) , using another phone number, another device, different wifi,
creating brand new email account, all to no avail. please help to solve this as

Transferred Envelopes Omitted from Reports
I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users
(they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same
Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes
from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed.
I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started
running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from
the reports. I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our
account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem
to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports
to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my
expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account
including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way? Thanks
for your help!

Formulas in templates and impediments to advanced use cases
We are running into advanced use cases in which formulas values allow us to use
conditional fields very efficiently. The use of formula fields is introducing
impediments. For every template that has formula fields, the “Recipients can
edit documents” option is locked and cannot be changed. If a template does not
have formula fields, “Recipients can edit documents” option is not locked and
can be changed We are now experiencing an issue in which when we have formula
fields and “Recipients can edit documents” enabled, we get the error “Unable to
create the envelope.” We need the “Recipients can edit documents” enabled to
allow for envelope markup. We have also found that formulas in templates and
subsequently envelopes do not allow us to correct envelopes. As our use cases
become more advanced and formulas allow us to do some things more efficiently,
we are finding DocuSign limitations with formulas in templates are making us
look to alternatives.

Resizing Issue or Glitch
Hello everyone. I'm adding a textbox to a contract I'm trying to fill out and
when i try to resize the text to fit along the according lines it doesn't let
me. The selected text box only lets me move it around but does not let me resize
it using the expanded arrows on the corners. its like the text box has a fixed
size. Is there a fix to this?

I just (today at 4:20pm) had to sign a document. One of the options was to
SELECT a given font and use that. One of the options was to DRAW your signature.
(Which would be gibberish if I did that.) One of the options was to UPLOAD your
signature. Now - before I go on - I might have had to upload just my initials
AND THEN upload on my signature - BUT THERE WAS NOTHING TO TELL ME THIS. Instead
on the initials it would only let me upload initials. So, being a logical person
I was going “Hey! Why can’t I upload my full signature?”. Because of the above,
I was very confused and then opted for a different font and signed the document
that way. So my suggestion/idea is to not just do one part of the
initial/signature but to do both of them AT THE SAME TIME so you do not confuse
people. OR - you could just put a link to the other half of the equation. I.E. :
If you are on the INITIAL part - have a link to change the person’s signature
and if you are on the SIGNATURE part have a link to the ini

duplicate e-mails
We use DocuSign for time and attendance slips. We have noticed that a time slip
will be signed by the associate, manager, and HR, but we continue to receive
duplicate copies of the slip. The manager reports similar duplicate e-mails. I
recently received an e-mail from a time slip that had been completed in August.
Is there a way to prevent this?

Can Sender Complete an Envelope that was Printed and Wet Signed
One of our users sent a document to a provider for signature. Instead of
completing the documents electronically, they downloaded and wet signed the
document, then gave the physical copy back to the sender. Is there a way for the
Sender to upload those documents to the envelope to complete it out? Or does it
have to be the recipient that has to do the upload? Sender didn’t want to void
it out but he doesn’t want it sitting open as incomplete either. Your help is

How to Assign Numeric Values to a Number Field Based on Selected Radio Button in
DocuSign
Hello DocuSign Community, I am working on a form where I need to capture
specific numeric values in a "Score" field based on the radio button (bullet
point) selected by the user. Currently, I can only set up rules to show or hide
fields based on the selection, but I need to directly populate a number field
with a predefined value corresponding to each bullet point selected. Here’s what
I’m trying to achieve: Depending on which bullet point the user selects, a
corresponding numeric value should automatically fill a separate "Score" field.
For example, if Option A is selected, the Score field should automatically be
set to 100, Option B to 70, and so forth. The existing rules functionality only
allows me to show or hide fields but does not support assigning values directly.
Is there a workaround or a method within DocuSign to accomplish this? Thank you
for your help!

Contact tech support to send e-mail phishing header information
I received an e-mail requesting I sign a document, which I have not opened. I
looked in the header and it was not from the sender. I contacted the sender and
sent them the header information. Why can’t I CALL tech support and speak to
someone about sending them this info. This online nonsense is crazy! These
phishing people need to be stopped!

Identity verification & qualified signature not enabled?
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble figuring out how to use DocuSign for signing
documents with a qualified signature. Before subscribing, I read several
articles and watched a few videos, which convinced me that DocuSign supports
qualified signatures compatible with certain government institutions (I
specifically need it for INPI in France). I learned that identity verification
is required for this feature. When comparing subscription plans, I didn’t see
any indication that qualified signatures or identity verification were limited
to certain plans, so I went ahead and purchased the basic plan. Now, I can’t
find anything about qualified signatures or identity verification in my account.
I’ve spent an hour clicking through the UI and rereading the online manuals, but
I’m still stuck. I have no idea what steps I need to take next to enable and use
a qualified signature. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in
advance!

Hello community, We have encountered some issues while trying to set up the
Elastic Templates for TOU purposes inside our company. We couldn’t find enough
documentation to work with some of the things that we need, for example: We are
working with a lot of international clients, so we need to have multiple TOU
versions for different languages. How can we create different templates for
different languages? I read about API variables but these don't change the text
of the buttons (Agree and Disagree) or the Agreement Statement Texts. Also the
most annoying thing is the text saying "Additionally, I certify I have read and
agree to the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure.", how can we translate
this in different languages? Thank you very much!

por aqui.Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus

individually. I don't use it for other purposes. Since yesterday, I can't sign
my documents anymore, claiming that I've already used up all my quota. I can't
get support, only through here. I've been using the system for over 4 years only

Attaching Completed documents as .PDF's...
Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering
attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to
our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article
which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email
notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger
than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign
system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached
(expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached?
We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone
encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email
attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.
