POPIS PRODUKTU

Hymovis® je sterilní protizánětlivý viskoelastický hydrogel na bázi kyseliny
hyaluronové určený pro intraartikulární podání, k léčbě bolesti a zlepšení
hybnosti kloubů u pacientů s osteoartrózou. Jedná se o zdravotnický prostředek
třídy III, kód RZPRO: 00530474

ZPŮSOB ÚČINKU

Hymovis® zlepšuje lubrikační vlastnosti synoviální tekutiny a tlumí nárazy, což
chrání chrupavku a měkké tkáně proti mechanickému poškození. Těmito vlastnostmi
včetně prodloužené doby působení v kloubu zajišťuje Hymovis® úlevu od bolesti a
zlepšení funkce kloubu po krátkodobém užívání.

INDIKACE

Hymovis® je indikován pro léčbu bolesti u osteoartrózy kloubů, pro konzervativní
terapii poškození menisku kolenního kloubu a pro zlepšení kloubní mobility
zvýšením elasticity a viskozity synoviální tekutiny.

POUŽITÍ

Hymovis® je určen pouze k intraartikulární aplikaci.
Přípravek by měl být předepisován pouze lékařem.
Injekční stříkačka je kompletně sterilní a intraartikulární aplikace tak může
být provedena i na operačním sále.
Vzhledem k vysoké viskozitě látky Hymovis® pomalu aplikujte stříkačkou do
postiženého kloubu za použití jehly s dostatečným kalibrem.
Veškeré podmínky aseptické aplikace látky musí být přísně dodržovány.
Před aplikací Hymovis® odstraňte z kloubu případný krevní výron nebo výpotek.
Jeden cyklus léčby osteroartrózy spočívá v aplikaci dvou injekcí s týdenním
odstupem.
