OUR LICENSE

iFAST Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("iFAST Capital") provides a comprehensive range of
services such as assisting in dealing, investment administration, research
support, IT services and backroom functions to financial planners, wealth
managers as well as Institutional clients. iFAST Capital is a holder of a
Capital Markets Services License (CMSL) and is licensed by Securities
Commission.
To deal in Securities (includes Stocks & ETF, Unit Trust and OTC-Bonds)
To offer investment advisory services
To deal in Private Retirement Scheme
Fund management in relation to portfolio management
To offer financial planning services
iFAST Capital is a Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FiMM) registered
Institutional Unit Trust Adviser (IUTA) and Institutional Private Retirement
Scheme Adviser (IPRA). It is also an approved Financial Adviser licensed by the
Central Bank of Malaysia to conduct financial advisory business and also a
Participating Organisation of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Launch of iFAST Platform Services (B2B) in Singapore.
2002
iFAST Financial (HK) Limited commences operations and Fundsupermart.com Hong
Kong was launched.
Jul 2007
iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd attained the CMS Licence, awarded by Securities Commission
Malaysia. This licence enables iFAST Capital to carry out the businesses in
Malaysia.
Jul 2008
iFAST Financial (HK) Limited launches the B2B arm of the business - iFAST
platform services in Hong Kong.
Jul 2008
iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd launches Fundsupermart.com in Malaysia.
Aug 2008
iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd launches iFAST Platform services for Corporate Unit Trust
Advisers (CUTAs) in Malaysia.
Oct 2008
iFAST Global Prestige (IGP), a premier investment platform catered to the needs
of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) was launched in Singapore.

iFAST Corporation celebrates its 10th year anniversary in business.

Launch of FSM Mobile application on Android in Singapore, Hong Kong and
Malaysia.

Mainboard

iFAST Financial Pte Ltd (iFAST Singapore) officially launched the distribution
of bonds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), as part of its main investment
product offerings to investors and wealth advisers.
May 2015
Fundsupermart.com Singapore launched the new FSMOne account, a transparent and
seamless way for the investors to invest in multiple products, including funds,
bonds, ETFs and stocks via one account. FSM MAPS (My Assisted Portfolio
Solution), a range of five robo-advisory portfolios with different risk ratings.
Dec 2016
Fundsupermart.com (HK) launched its stock trading service.
Apr 2017
Fundsupermart.com (MY) offcially announces the launch of FSM Managed Portfolios,
an online discretionary portfolio management service targeted at offering
investors a solution to save time and the hassle of having to monitor a
portfolio from time to time.

iFAST Singapore officially admitted as Trading Member of SGX-ST and Clearing
Member of CDP
Jun 2017
iFAST Capital Malaysia launched the distribution of retail bonds under the new
seasoning framework by Securities Commission Malaysia. Investors can now invest
from as low as RM1,000.
