Increasing the customer’s ability to use the sports facility unrestrictedly
during working hours, allowing them to participate at different times and on
different teams, solely by confirming their presence through the mobile
application.
SportsBooking enables end-users to play much more than before, utilizing sports
facilities throughout the complex’s working hours, not just during peak evening
hours.

Every user has the opportunity to create their own team or join an existing one.
All teams have the option to organize private matches, exclusively for them. If
a team cannot fill all the slots for a particular match, the system will
automatically notify other sports enthusiasts using the complex and the platform
that there are available slots to fill the quota. This allows a team to engage
in sports even when they can’t gather the required number of players.
The option to send team messages is available to clarify additional details
regarding the organized event.

Application users have the ability to directly view the schedule of the chosen
sports field on their phones, reserve a time slot, and automatically send
invitations to the players they want to engage with or invite new players
through us to get acquainted with. This allows for much more frequent sports
activities and diversity in the quality and type of training.
A modern and convenient process for all participants, making all of this
available and possible with just a few clicks from a mobile phone.

In addition to the listed features provided by the platform, each user can also
participate in numerous other public events, for which a certain number of
participants is required.

BOOKING A SLOT

Within 3 hours before the start of the event, the organizer has the right to
invite other users. It is also possible to invite people who are not yet part of
the system.

FINDING MORE PLAYERS

If the invited individuals fill the quota, the organizer receives a
notification. If they don’t, the platform will ask if you want to invite all
users who have marked this sport as their favorite.

START OF THE GAME

The platform checks the location of those who have confirmed their participation
to verify their presence. In case of non-confirmation and systematic absence,
the user may be blocked.

Each user of the platform can invite a maximum of one additional player who is
not a client of the application, and the system will reflect a +1 in case that
player does not have a smartphone or is not a SportsBooking user but wishes to
participate in a specific event. The user who has reserved a spot for another
player is responsible for ensuring their presence.
