 1. Direct Walk-in to Help Desk
    * Visit our Help Desk during business hours
    * A Helpdesk team member will assist you with your Blue Screen issue
 2. Virtual Self Healing
    
    * Schedule a personalized appointment with our expert team
    * Our experts will guide you through the Blue Screen resolution process
      remotely

Onsite Help Desk

Direct walk-ins are only available at the following sites: Deerfield, Round
Lake, Batesville, Skaneateles, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Guadalajara.

HOW TO TAKE MY APPOINTMENT

DIRECT CHECK-IN

 1. Click on the “Onsite Help desk” Button
    * Begin by clicking the “Onsite Help Desk” button on the appointment booking
      page.
 2. Select a Location
    * Choose the location where you wish to book your appointment.
 3. Select a Slot
    * Select an available slot (employee) from the list provided.
 4. Press the “Continue” Button
    * Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.
 5. Choose a Date and Time
    * Pick a date from the calendar and then select a convenient time for your
      appointment.
 6. Enter Your Personal Information
    * Fill in your personal details. Note that providing your email ID and phone
      number is optional.
 7. Click Continue and Confirm the Booking
    * Finally, click the “Continue” button and confirm your booking. 

VIRTUAL SELF-HEALING

 1. Click on the “Virtual Self-Healing” Button
    * Begin by clicking the “Virtual Self-Healing” button on the appointment
      booking page.
 2. Select a Location
    * Choose the location where you wish to book your appointment.
 3. Select a Slot

 4. Press the “Continue” Button
    * Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.
