What is the difference between a "Single User license" and a "Unlimited
Install"?

A single-user license can only be used on one computer, but "Unlimited Install"
can be installed on an infinite number of computers.

In the single user license, are the licenses software type or hardware
type(Dongle)?

Licenses are in the form of software. It should be noted that the licenses are
generated based on the hardware specifications of the computer, in such a way
that a unique code is generated on your computer, which is a function of the
hardware specifications, and we generate a license for you based on it.

In the single user license, Does the license become inactive if Windows is
reinstalled?

No, as we said, the license is generated based on the specifications of the
computer hardware, and you can use the same previous license by changing
Windows, as long as the hardware has not changed.

In case of upgrading the PC/laptop (in single-user license), is the license
still valid?

No, in this case the license will be deactivated. You can inform us before
upgrading the computer so that the license can be deleted from the current
computer and created again after the upgrade.

Is there an installation guide provided with the software?

Yes, we provide an installation guide video along with the software. By watching
this video, you can easily install the software, request a license and activate
the license. As mentioned, if you have any problem at any step of the
installation, you can ask us your questions via email. We may request remote
access (with tools such as Anydesk) to help you.
