Teneo Partners is a fully licensed securities company, registered with the Japan
Financial Services Agency as a Financial Instruments Business Operator,
authorized to engage in the business of Type 1 Financial Instruments (corporate
or trust structures) and Type 2 Financial Instruments (partnership structures).
We work with asset managers across all asset classes and categories.

Our business plan as submitted and approved by the Kanto Finance Bureau of the
Financial Services Agency permits us to market all manner of fund products to
all investor categories including, and without limitation to, financial
institutions, pensions, corporates, endowments, individual investors,
intermediaries and gatekeepers.

Teneo Partners Japan Limited (“Teneo Partners”) takes seriously its

guidelines from the supervising authorities in Japan (the “Authorities”).

    laws and regulations. Appropriate and necessary measures shall be taken to
    ensure that required Personal Data, including the tax identification number
    (“My Number”) is correct and up to date.
 2. Personal Data shall not be used beyond the scope of the Purpose of
    Utilization as prescribed by the Authorities. The My Number in particular,
    will only be used in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Personal Data shall not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of
    the individual, except when such disclosure is required by the Authorities.
 3. Thorough training shall be provided to officers and employees for the
    prevention of leakage or inappropriate use of Personal Data. In addition,
    responsible officers for controls and inspections shall be appointed and
    appropriate control systems shall be established.
 4. In the event that Personal Data is provided to an outsourced service
    provider, the applicable company will take responsibility for ensuring that
    said service provider has adequate and proper systems in place to protect
    the privacy of such Personal Data.
 5. In accordance with all relevant laws and regulations, the maintenance of
    Personal Data shall be terminated at the request of the relevant individual
    or their legally authorized representative.
