As long as that device is powerful enough for my needs, the extra performance is
always welcomed, but not a decisive factor. Ironically, what I would probably
miss the most from Windows, is Linux (WSL).Ī few years back, I used to say that
even if you gave me the best desktop computer, the best laptop and the best
tablet in the market, I would still end up using Surface Pro, simply because I
would have to maintain a single device instead of three. Also, it is more
convenient than both of them when it comes to certain uses on tight spaces, like
in an airplane or in the kitchen.Īpart from that, the OS wouldn't be a
deal-breaker for me, as I would probably end up using more or less the same
programs, no matter if they ran on Windows or OSX. It includes general operating
