RETURN POLICY

AquaVault LLC will fix, replace, or refund any product orders within 30 days of
purchase. Before inquiring about a refund please read the FAQ's below. THEN send
us an email to returns@theaquavault.com to begin the return process. We are
confident that you will be able to quickly troubleshoot any product/ lock
related issues. If not we will gladly fix and/ or replace it for you. Additional
instructional videos can be found on our website that will walk you through the
process. Please fully test and understand your product before using on a trip!

PLEASE NOTE... the lock will only lock AND unlock when set on your current code.
We have also had a few occasions where someone else accidentally re-set the code
so please also make sure a friend or family member doesn't play around with it
and accidentally lock you out of the FlexSafe

LOCK FAQ's
If you are locked out we suggest trying a few code variations one digit off on
each dial from the code you were trying to set. e.g 0-0-0 can be 0-0-1 and so
on. Please try several combination variations when you have a few extra minutes.
If you completely forgot the code or did not follow the instructions exactly
please spin through and try each of the 999 possible combinations. Once you find
the combination, you may reset the code again using the instructions provided.

FLAP CLOSING (UNIT WILL NOT LOCK) FAQ's
You may find you are having trouble closing the flap into the lock mechanism on
the bottom of the safe. Please note... The unit will only lock when set on the
current code. Since this product is a soft flexible safe with a thick cut
resistant flap you will need to push the lock into the unit by pressing and
holding in near the top of the embossed key (wIggle up and down while pressing
if necessary). You may also press with both hands from the front and back of the
lock to provide enough pressure to close the locking mechanism.
