GETTING STARTED WITH PUBCENTER

Learn all about the reports you can run using pubCenter.

Microsoft pubCenter can help you earn by showcasing text and image ads on your
website. You’ll get added control over a wide variety of design features and
rich reporting data to better measure the success of your ads. Here are some of
the ways pubCenter help you:

Earn more money

   high-quality ads.
 * Place ads on your website to drive higher engagement and more revenue for
   you.
 * You can use our ads in the same units with Google AdSense. With mediation,
   we’ll only serve our ads when we can predict a higher bid for you.

 * Engage your audience with impactful images that complement your site
   experience.
 * You have the flexibility to customize ads to the look and feel of your
   website, control where ads show on the page, and block content that doesn’t
   resonate.

Save time
 * We make earning money easy. Leverage our simple set up and management, so you
   can focus on what you do best.
 * Just place one line of code on your page. It's easy and we’ll show you how to
   do it.
 * Monitor performance with a variety of tracking/reporting features.

Setting up your account

Use the provided pubCenter sign-in URL to navigate to the Microsoft Advertising
(MSA) login in page. From the login page, enter your Microsoft account
credentials to sign up. Once you have entered your MSA credentials, you'll be
prompted to choose your account type. Select the Organization account type if
you have a registered business (LLC, S-Corp, etc.) and you intend on monetizing
multiple websites. Select the Individual account type if you are the sole
proprietor and don’t intend on having other users from your organization in the
portal. Both account types are used by Microsoft to verify your identity as a
business or as an individual.

 1. Using the provided pubCenter URL, enter your Microsoft account credentials
    (e.g. @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, etc..).
    
    Note: After the initial sign up, you can log in directly to pubCenter using
    your Microsoft Advertising email and password.

 2. Select the account type that you would like to create.
    
    Note: If you have a registered business please use your business name, if
    you are a sole proprietor, please use your personal name (ex: Jane Smith).

 3. In the following window, select your preferred method of receiving
    customized help and performance suggestions.
 4. Select the country or region where you currently live and have an associated
    bank account.
 5. Review the pubCenter terms and conditions and select the box if you agree to
    the terms.
 6. Select Next.
 7. After reviewing your account credentials, select Let's go.
    
    Now that you are signed in, you’re almost ready to begin earning with
    Microsoft ad units. Your approved sites, ad blocks, ad units and reports are
    accessed from the menu located on the left panel. We recommend saving your
    pubCenter landing page: https://next.pubcenter.microsoft.com/
