in 1994, restored 3 dilapidated villages of the 17th century era and created
INDeco hotels Swamimalai. In 2007, to save drought hit coffee plantations of
Yercaud and the jobless unskilled tribal communities, INDeco created a 100 room
hotel within the coffee plantation called the INDeco’s Lake Forest Hotel,
Yercaud and got acclaimed as the 6th best idea to save planet earth.
