execution of services. It is the client's responsibility to promptly respond to

TheChannelBuzz reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not
received in a timely manner. Any additional costs incurred due to changes
requested by the client will be billed separately.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of
the project. The ChannelBuzz will not disclose any proprietary information
without the client's explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the project will be owned by the client
upon full payment. The ChannelBuzz retains the right to showcase the work in its
portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party
breaches any material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the
client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

The ChannelBuzz is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability
shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services
in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
