It's all about the people and the people you work with, you spend a good amount
of your life at work in any job and so they want you to really be yourself.
There was an initiative last year that they had around one simple thing and what
that was about is what is the one thing that like helps recharge you and making
sure that you're continually taking time to do that, but the fact that they
wanted to bring teams together to say, even if there's an important meeting, we
want you to tell us, like if you have your one simple thing, go do the one

Why do most people choose to join Danaher? When you are doing your MBA and you
are reaching towards the end of it, sometimes you start questioning what type of
industry you want to go. And in my case, it was very evident that I wanted to
work somewhere where not only I could grow professionally, and in this case, the
GMDP Program offers you the chance to grow in a fast track, but also you want to
do good for society, and Danaher strives for that. In particular Hach, what we
say is that we bring water quality to people around the world, and that is a
beautiful message. [soft music]
