We have pleasure in submitting the following for your consideration. During our
recent site visit we have noted that the following rectification work is
required.

 

 

The roof exhaust fan 1 which is a toilet exhaust needs to be replaced.

 

 

 * 1 x Exhaust Fan has failed. It needs to be replaced in order for the system
   to extract the required airflow. When fitted, the motor will be commissioned
   and readings recorded to ensure it complies with manufacturer's requirements.
 * We will supply and install a replacement fan and motor. 

 

NOTE: Stock not available until approx 16/01/2024.
