We carry out a Cloud maturity review versus peers and market. Identifying gaps
in current capability and readiness for cloud. The assessment findings include
current maturity status and recommended target capability.


STRATEGY

Creation of an appropriate Cloud Strategy including target capability &
organisation, business case and cost of ownership. We will deliver a roadmap for
cloud adoption and a suggested scorecard for value measurement.


LANDING ZONES

Setup Cloud Landing Zone according to well architected principles. The Landing
Zone includes logging, monitoring and an initial security baseline enabling

CLOUD MIGRATE

We migrate business critical systems and entire data centres to the Cloud,
helping our customers to reduce cost, gain agility and flexibility


ASSESS

We carry out a migration assessment identifying the migration scope and systems.
Creation of a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) model and high level migration
approach. We use discovery tools to carry out the assessment for example
Cloudamize.


PILOT

Pilot allows us to run short proof of concepts with selected pilot applications
to prove that the high level approach is feasible. It also allows us to provide
input into the mobilise phase and detailed planning.


MOBILISE

Readying the organisation for Cloud migration, implementation of required
capabilities and tooling. Mobilise includes formation of the migration factory
and finalisation of the migration candidates and plan.


MIGRATE

Migration includes initial build/replication of systems, data migration, testing
and cutover preparation. The cutover itself and post migration support for a
defined period of time before handover to operations.

ASSESS

We carry out an assessment of Cloud Ops capability and readiness, identifying
gaps, risks and issues in the current model. The assessment findings include
current status, gaps and recommended remediation.


REMEDIATE

Implement quick wins identified in the assessment. Improve Cloud Ops
capabilities including telemetry solutions. We troubleshoot operational issues
and work with the customer to identify and implement appropriate solutions.


TRANSITION

During discovery we identify gaps or risks and design a knowledge transfer
approach. Knowledge transfer includes a review of code, assets and
documentation. We manage the cutover to ensure as frictionless an experience as
possible.


OPERATE

We offer a managed service or a dedicated Cloud Ops team, managing public cloud
infrastructure and DevOps solutions. Our Cloud Ops service is suited to
customers evolving their use of cloud and looking for a partner to help innovate
and move at pace.
