Holdings Limited (“CHL”) and was with the company for almost six years. During
this time, Connie assisted in securing financing to fund the acquisitions of
Jimmy Choo and Versace and was responsible for global treasury operations.

Previous to joining CHL, Connie worked on the Corporate Treasury team at The
Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and started her career at Greif, Inc., both in the
Global headquarters in Ohio and the South American headquarters in Brazil.

Connie is a Certified Treasury Professional, holds a Global MBA from the
University of North Florida and a consortium of European universities, and
graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Finance and minor in

Zuzana is the Head of Treasury at the United Nations Industrial Development
Organization (UNIDO), based in Vienna, Austria. With over 24 years of experience
in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Sales, Risk and Project
Management, Zuzana has a passion for innovation and development of people and
processes leading to more profitable and effective businesses.

In her current role, she is leading the UNIDO global treasury responsible for 49
local offices and projects in 150 countries world-wide. She is responsible for
payments and liquidity management, investments, foreign exchange and
contributions management, as well as bank relationship management. Zuzana joined
UNIDO in 2010 and since then, she has lead the design, planning and
implementation of SAP system, treasury, investment and payments and cash

the first Robotic processing automation projects.

Prior to her role at UNIDO, Zuzana has worked at ING Bank Netherlands and

   Women in treasury panel: my treasury career

In the current role as EMEA Treasurer, Rada is responsible for a wide range of
treasury and finance activities including management of EMEA countries’ banking
structure, cash liquidity, FX exposure & hedging, and banking relationship
management.

Rada joined Abbott in October of 2001 and held multiple Accounting, Finance, and
Treasury positions with increasing responsibilities with Abbott and AbbVie. Most
recently Rada was working as a Finance Controller on an international assignment
in the Netherlands and since 2018 Rada is leading EMEA Treasury organization.
After recent Allergan acquisition, Rada’s role expanded to include the
responsibilities of Regional Treasury Integration lead. In this role, Rada is
working with cross-functional teams on integrating Allergan business in the
AbbVie standard operating model.

Rada moved to the U.S. after the war in ex-Yugoslavia. After settling in the
U.S., she decided to continue with collegiate studies which she did not have a
chance to finish at the Economics University in Croatia before war broke out.

Rada obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2005 from Upper Iowa
University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Keller
Graduate School in 2012. Rada is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), since 2008.
