The estimated delivery time will be 3 - 5 weeks from the time of order.

Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. Curbside
delivery, signature required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time.
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the
carrier.

Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your
driveway.
* Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
* Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through
Friday.
* Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
* It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's
departure.
* Spas Warranty is void if the spa is moved to any location that is not the
original ‘Ship To’ address. Please review all exclusions on the warranty
page.
* If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage
on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you
may refuse the delivery.

*Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
* Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist
with un-packaging or set-up.
* Costco does not provide delivery other than curbside.
* Costco is not responsible for moving the hot tub after delivery, any costs
associated with connecting or disconnecting electrical wiring, or any other
cost involved with moving the unit.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

SMALLER THAN ADVERTISED

Dimensions given are of the outside lip, this is more of a 84" tub.
While the general layout was appealing, with 4 larger adults, your knees are
almost touching.
Taking the outside panels off reveals somewhat sketchy construction-- has
foam support blocks that can't provide any support, not sure the function,
perhaps vibration? Outside of cabinet is unique, looks good from a distance,
but seams are apparent up close. Glue on connections sloppy-- while it
probably would work fine for awhile, it gives a general indication of build
quality.
We were very disappointed, but there was no problem returning thanks to
Costco's great return policy.

GREAT SPA

I was a first-time SPA purchaser. The more research I did on the internet
the more confused I was. There are so many spa manufacturers and too many
bogus review sites to keep track. So, I decided to just cut through the
static and buy it from my most trusted go store... COSTCO. As usual, Costco
buyers have found the best suppliers that deliver the best quality and the
most competitive prices...hands down. Buying this spa was no exception. We
have had the spa up and running for about 2 months now and we ABSOLUTELY
love it and use it almost every day. I could not be happier with my
purchase. Once again, Costco has delivered the best yet again!

OVER 3 WEEKS TRYING TO GET A LEAK REPAIRED

The spa itself looks great and appears that it will feel great once we are
able to use it; however, it came with a minor leak due to a poor connector
to the water filter. That leak has resulted in not being able to use it
since it was delivered early May. (today is 6/4/20) I am posting this in
hopes that it will accelerate the now 3+ week process of getting someone to
even come look at it.

I am optimistic that I'll be changing this review to 5 Stars upon repair as
I know manufacturing errors happen and do not expect perfection 100% of the
time; however, this is a very expensive item and I would like to be able to
use it within 2 months of delivery.

GREAT VALUE

We have this spa a little over a month and we are very happy with it
overall. Delivery and set up was quick and painless. We were able to pay
ahead of time with the shipping company to have the spa brought into our
backyard from the driveway. Jets are great, we love that each one is
adjustable. The lights are good. Our one complaint is the speakers... there
are only two, would be better if there were 4, one for each corner. The two
sound tinny and at their top volume cannot really be heard over the jets. We
got the rock/gray color, which is more of a brown, but still beautiful. It
looks great with our weathered cedar shake siding.

NOT RECOMMENDED

The spa was delivered onto the street in front of our home, standing on its
side. With much neighbor labor and advanced engineering, we finally got it
onto our deck in the back yard here weeks later. Once set up by an
electrician, the speakers don’t work, the waterfall leaks constantly, the
jets are VERY low power, one third of the switches to turn the jets up don’t
work. After waiting on hold with the company for twenty minutes, I was told
they had never had trouble with the speakers and didn’t know how to help.
The jet switches may work if I take them apart and try to fix them. Needless
to say, I do NOT recommend this spa of ordering it from Costco!

GOOD SPA, GREAT VALUE!

Bought this about 3 months ago and have been using it consistently. Opted
for the 7 seater without the lounger. Seats are a little low for the shorter
bunch in my family but hasn't stopped us from enjoying it. We have had a
couple of little issues 1) one of the LED lights in one of the controls
hasn't been working since we got it and 2) one of the bluetooth speakers has
recently stopped working. I suspect these are simple connection issues but
have not called it in yet. Instructions aren't super clear as they are made
as one manual to cover various models but in the end found everything I
needed. Would buy it again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I was excited for the deep seats and shoulder jets, but disappointed in the
poor position and lack of ability to change the jet direction. I am an
average size male and the jets for the shoulders barely hit my trapezius
muscles. I have to sit forward and up to get it to hit the right spot.
Defeats the purpose of relaxing.

Also the documentation is poorly done. And I did not even receive the
correct language or any documentation for the sound system. The good news is
that the support was good and they sent me the documentation and a
replacement part for the filter cover that did not seat properly.

WEAK ON PRESSURE , STRONG ON BUBBLES.

I guess one must check the pump system before buying. The jets pressure
isn’t sufficient. I thought it came with a 2 speed pump and a recirculating
pump. But both pumps are one speed and not very powerful. The air pump
(bubbler) is strong but I don’t like this explosion of water in my face. I
want the jets STRONG. Not the bubbles.
The quality of the shell is good. The insulation is on the perimeter skirt
and not on the shell. I think this will be a problem in my colder climate.
I’m not sure it brings the water to 104 F. The advantage would be the easy
access to repair leaks. This spa would be good for southern climate and for
someone not enjoying the strong pressure of the jets.
