ROUTE PLANNING

Calculate the (mathematicly) perfect position for Quantum Interdiction of a
target using a QED-Snare.
Select which locations the target might start from (Origins) and where it is
headed (Destination). (You may also select if the target enters an Asteroid Belt
or other "Route Change Areas".)

Draw the commlink ranges on the map. NOTE: This representation is not entirely
accurate due to commarrays actually being physical locations that rotate. But it
should still give you an idea of where a commlink might be.
Add a place where your target changes it's route. Might be a belt or something
else. - 2 Route Changes max.
Assume the target is starting from the edge of the physics grid.
Assume the target is starting from an OM-Point. (2km tolerance)
Assume the target is starting from the minimum altitude for Quantum Travel.
