What’s included?
 * You will receive a See My Life medallion 35 x 60 mm in size made of durable
   aluminium. 
 * On the back of the medallion will be an adhesive strip. Peel off the paper
   and fix the medallion to the headstone or memorial. Be sure to clean the
   surface before fixing the adhesive to the surface. 

How does the medallion & eTribute page work?

When you receive your medallion by mail it will already be linked to your
eTribute page. You can start uploading information to the eTribute page as soon
as you purchase your medallion and create an account. You do not need to wait
for the medallion to arrive in the mail. After you have finished uploading all
the information to the eTribute page, simply scan the medallions QR code to see
the eTribute page live on the internet. 

How do I upload information to the eTribute page?

During the sign up process you will create an account using your email address
and a password. After you verify your email address you can login and start
uploading all your images, eulogies and other information.

Shipping

Shipping time will depend on which country you are located in. For Australian
orders you should receive your medallion within 5 to 7 business days. For US
orders around 10 business days.

Warranty

See My Life offers a lifetime replacement warranty on all medallions. Simply
email support@seemylife.com.au and tell us what the issue is and provide the
email address associated with your See My Life account.

STEP 1

Upload your loved ones happiest memories in images, videos, eulogies & social
media to an eTribute memorial page and linked QR code.




STEP 2

Attach the aluminum QR code medallion we mail you, to your loved one’s headstone
or plaque using the strong adhesive strip included and scan it with your phone.




STEP 3

Allow anyone visiting your loved one to scan the QR code medallion with their
smartphone and see your loved ones happiest memories on the eTribute memorial
page.

HOW TO ATTACH A QR CODE TO A GRAVESTONE?

We speak with stone masons regularly about how best to include the QR code on a
gravestone, headstone, plaque or other memorial. As a result we have come up
with 2 primary options.

OPTION 1

The fastest and easiest option is to use the See My Life aluminum QR code
medallion included with every purchase. 

 * Choose a flat smooth surface on the gravestone 
 * Clean the surface with an alcohol wipe
 * Remove the paper liner on the back of the See My Life medallion. Do not touch
   the adhesive 
 * Apply with firm pressure for a good bond
 * Wait 72 hours for maximum strength

OPTION 2

Have the QR code laser engraved on the gravestone by a stonemason or monument
provider. We have many partners who can do this for you. After purchasing See My
Life and publishing your loved one’s eTribute page, you will also have the
option to download the automatically linked QR code file from within your
account. You can simply email this QR code file to your stonemason and they will
engrave it on the gravestone, headstone, plaque or other memorial.
