PPC is an abbreviation for Pay-Per-Click, and PPC marketing is a type of
internet advertising in which marketers pay a fee each time someone clicks on
their ad. PPC can take various forms, but the simplest explanation is that PPC
search ads are those you see at the top of a Google results page that indicate
"ad." Keep in mind that online sponsored advertising can run on a variety of
platforms, but in order to keep this blog from becoming a novel, I will limit my
examples to solely Google Ads.
