RYAN BERG PRODUCTION DESIGN




My vision for HIVE is one in which every set/frame is carefully composed similar
to a still photograph and painting but influenced by music and the
transformative nature of sound. The feeling should be highly stylistic, raw in
it's grittiness meshed with otherworldly, sleek and fantastical approaches that
illustrate the state of mind that Dom is in during this intense pilgrimage.
Familiar settings elevated to a slightly disorientating place. Colors help
describe and direct each moment in her mind as she shifts between reality and
the ecstatic and frantic depths of her consciousness--between vigilante and
monster.
