Nintex is well worth using and learning

It was used for workflows in automating most of the business processes including
call monitoring as well as cstat scores and clients' opinions on how service was
rendered. It made reporting on call's from clients easier and more accurate
allowing for improvement of service and happier end customers. It is also very
powerful and detailed for setting up these reports.

Nintex is ultra user friendly

We are using Nintex Forms and Workflow as our primary form software for
SharePoint 2016. Nintex is being used across the whole organization on a
departmental basis. We are using Nintex Forms to replace the many InfoPath forms
we have before the Microsoft support runs out. Nintex is also providing more
options to connect to external database sources.

options for the cloud

For on-premise SharePoint I think Nintex Process Platform is unparalleled in its
capabilities. It's intuitive enough for end-users that it does not seem overly
cumbersome or complex while at the same time allowing a deep-breath of
capabilities if you know how to configure them. I've used them specifically for
a variety of scenarios that would be harder to implement using SharePoint's
integrated workflow platform.

We selected Nintex Process Platform as we already use Nintex products for form
and workflow development and are familiar and comfortable with them as a
Vendor. The option to tie process automation directly to the processes as
drafted in the platform was definitely an added bonus, and the features added
since we initially purchased the product (like checklists) have just increased

Since Lubrizol is a customer of Microsoft Office 365 products, our current
direction is to move as much of our SharePoint solutions (custom/OOB) from

My organization was able to use Nintex workflows to compress processes that
previously took multiple steps (with multiple points of opportunity for human
and technical errors) into a single step from a user point of view. Being able
to eliminate the possibility of any one step being forgotten or bottlenecked was
great. Additionally, the automation allows for the system to function
independent of any one employee being at work, eliminating the fear of the
"person who knows how it works" to leave...

Yes, non-IT staff use Nintex--some as users (filling out forms, approving and
rejecting tasks, etc. ) as well as implementers. The no-code capabilities of
Nintex allow non-technical users to create forms and even workflows with minimal
training. If a user can map a business process using a tool such as Visio they
can easily learn how to create a workflow to automate that process.

Nintex Platform on SharePoint 2013, and we are currently migrating Nintex

Removed Repetitive IT Tasks at a Drag and Drop

We have found it's great to remove phone calls to the IT team, we take far less
calls with a self service portal. It also creates users pretty easily in O365 so
those little tasks have been taken away from the team so we can improve other
systems rather than fix users issues/update details. I can see how this could
really help other departments and we are looking to add it to these areas soon.

Management solution when we migrated from shared drives to SharePoint. The forms
made item creation more intuitive and the workflows we created helped drive user
adoption e. g. Send for Approval, Assign To, Collect Feedback, and Set the

We use the workflow engine and forms for several processes. One of our major
processes is for the request and approval of secure access to our ERP. The form
allows users to request access ad based on their choices, the form gets routed
through different workflows to get access. Another use we have is with archiving
old list items (automatically moving from one list to another).

Nintex is our replacement for Infopath, which is being discontinued. We chose
Nintex over K2 because it integrates directly into SharePoint, and it is a much
better price point. We are also very determined to use only on-premises software

Nintex workflow and forms are used very heavily by my department and across the
organization as well. It gives us the opportunity to quickly provide custom
solutions to our users. SharePoint has a great deal of functionality, and Nintex
helps to bring that functionality to the surface. We can easily integrate data
across different lists and libraries, which reduces duplication of data and
increases data integrity.

Nintex: simple to install and sustain and lets the business manage their
business

Nintext can be leveraged across the entire organization as a productivity
enhancement tool to create workflows. The tool is given to the Lines of Business
to self administer. The problem it resolved was how LOBs can create simple
workflow programs by themselves.

Nintex 2016 product review for defense contractors in a closed network

Nintex products were first selected for review by my company as a replacement to
the out of the box SharePoint 2010 designer workflows and to also remove the
burden of support for user-designed custom workflows. When evaluating products,
my team was impressed with the ease of use, flexibility in workflow design and
build turnaround time as well as the implementation of their products.

Nintex Workflow 2010

We have been using Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2010 within our business for 5
years +. We have various processes that are simplified using Nintex Workflow
within business functions including Human Resources, Health and Safety, ICT,
Project Management and some core business transactions are also supported with
Nintex. The main benefit for us has been the automation of what would otherwise
be laborious and time-consuming processes.

Nintex, when basic fails and you need to take it up a level

Used to make efficiencies across the organization, writing to lists, approvals,
data collection. There is not enough functionality in MS Forms and Flow to
fulfill all our requirements. Multiple approvals, lazy approvals, and multiple
conditions are a great help. I am currently training others in our organization
to empower them to find and implement efficiencies.

Fast, simple and gets the job done.

Nintex Forms is the obvious answer. Non-IT users can create a Form which is fit
for their one-time needs to gather information or to manage a process that would
normaly involve a lot of e-mails floating arround.

The Best Business Process Mapping and Automation Platform

We use Nintex across all our departments, from HR on-boarding, policy review and
other online forms, to sales contracts using document generation, e-signatures
to making signing contracts fast and easy. We also use it for a lot of RVSPs
because we can send an outlook calendar invite right to the employee who has
signed up.

Nintex Workflow a tool for any user

We are using Nintex to reduce paper forms and workflow processes. We previously
had a large number of manual processes and large paper-based forms that were
filled out multiple times a day. This allows us to reduce our waste, printing
costs and also increase approval speed for key functions. We can also now
analyze the data to look for trends and identify improvements for our business.

Nintex is one of the best solutions I have come across in the SharePoint
space. It covers a gap that very few systems support which is empowering end
users to automate their day to day activities, including approvals, reminders,
and any simple business process. It integrates seamlessly with Infopath although
Microsoft is retiring these forms and is only offering Powerapps and Flow as
alternatives which is not really a like for like replacement. That is where

Create digital experience automation processes and get double ROI

Nintex platform is being used to automate complex workflows with multiple stages
and many participants. Nintex offers flexibility and a feature set which is
adequate for most workflows and for any complex use cases the user-defined
actions framework is extremely useful. We had evaluated multiple platforms and
Nintex is our primary pick unless we are using an expert system for specific
operations.

Well-suited to automation processes (it does not matter what type or
complexity), you can have feedback on their productivity and performance. Great
connectivity between several data sources to feed the processes and store the
results. In our case, the SharePoint integration is amazing, managing not only
processes based on a list but in the document's life cycle. Less appropriate for
cases where your processes are based on several data tables with relations. It

On-Prem Nintex was everything we ever wanted in a workflow tool. We're not
on-prem anymore, and we're lost.

Nintex was great for us to build automation from the grass roots. It enabled us
to build what we actually needed to be implemented where it was needed by the
