PDF to DOCX
You can send us a PDF document of any quality and you’ll receive a DOCX for
further development. We create a new DOCX file and place the text and graphics
within it; we format headers and footers, footnotes, and any numbered and
bulleted lists, and set up automatic page numbering.

PDF to Indesign
We can take the layout of any kind of PDF document you provide us with and
transfer it to Indesign, and vice versa. We work with all types of *.imdl files.

Processing CAD

Landmark projects
Special layout services for technical documents for one of the world’s largest
LNG projects, 2016-2021


One of our team’s most notable projects has been the broad range of work we
carried out on the layout of technical documents for a group of oil and gas
companies, which has experience in developing the LNG sector in Russia right
from the planning and design stage. In total, our team handled more than 30,000
pages and over 3,000 highly complex drawings. This large project involved
creating a certified project team that dealt exclusively with internal orders
from the client. The team worked to the highest quality standards and at an
unprecedented speed, delivering up to 700 pages a day.

Software used: Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Kompas
3D, MS Office.
Urgent document layout for a large pharmaceutical holding, 2020


We can also note our work on an urgent layout request that involved an extremely
large number of documents and very tight deadlines. The end of the working year
is always a surprise, and for us it came in the form of an order for 4,500
poor-quality PDF pages. Thanks to our automation processes, professionalism, and
the scalability of our resources, we managed to ensure step-by-step delivery and
an unprecedented turnaround of just 12 calendar days. We managed this without
receiving a single complaint from the client.

Designer layout of marketing materials for an international trade company,
2014–present


You’re probably aware of the standards required for the layout of marketing
materials, especially when it comes to portfolios or advertising catalogues with
strict technical pre-printing regulations. We’ve had to deal with this, too: 29
portfolios, 12 brand books, 19 catalogues, over 120 presentations, and related
marketing strategy documents for a group of companies based in the USA. It may
well be the most notable project our company has ever dealt with. But the scope
of the work has not been as important as the quality of every document we
deliver. We completed our first project for the client in 17 business days.
