beautiful trees, and so easy to put together. This is my first time ordering

PERFECT 7 1/2 FT TREE!

I was hesitant to purchase at first since I have always had fuller trees, but I
wanted something light an airy for my sunroom. I put the tree up on Dec 1. I
fluffed where needed, however, tree was wobbly and I was afraid it wd fall. I
think a sturdier stand with tightners should be included. However, I called
customer service and they sent another tree and I recvd 2 days later. New tree
fits perfectly in the stand and is perfect! I still may purchase a different
stand, for next year, but other than that I would definitely recommend. Note:
The tree won't look perfect at first, you do need to take the time to adjust
branches and it can look just like the Balsam Hill pics. Unlike other review -
customer service was great to work with!

I ordered this on Monday and I received it on Wednesday. It is very easy to
assemble. I placed it in a basket with yoga blocks to add more height. The top
is wobbly, I made a bow with the ribbon that I used for filler, no issues. The
branches are sturdy and hold my crystal ornaments nicely. I wanted the look of a
forest sapling and this is a perfect representation. This is my second purchase
from Balsam Hill. We have our traditional tree in our living room and this is in
our sunroom.

AWFUL QUALITY - LIGHTS DON'T WORK

I bought this tree and before I even had it for a month the lights started
flickering all over the tree. The do not stay consistently on, and change
brightness degrees as the flicker. Would not recommend this tree considering its
price point and poor quality.

Artificial Christmas Trees

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees
have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 * Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
 * Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out
   bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and
notify us of any damage.

To see whether a tree is the right size for your space, consider 3 criteria:

Ceiling Height
Generally speaking, you want 6 inches between the ceiling and the top of your
tree or tree topper
Floor Space
Your space should have 12 inches of clearance beyond the width of your tree
Tree Shape
We’ve got trees for just about every space

For tabletops and secondary spaces (kitchens, dens)
Under 6’ - 6.5’
For homes with low to average ceiling height
Under 7’ - 7.5'
For homes with 8’ to 9’ ceiling heights

For 2-story living rooms and other rooms with very high ceiling heights, as well

product upon delivery and notify us if there are any damages or defects. Our

Warranty

Artificial Christmas Trees

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees
have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 * Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
 * Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out
   bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and
notify us of any damage.

To minimize the need for fluffing in future years, you can compress the branches
less and store all or parts of your tree in the original box or a Premium
Storage Bag from Balsam Hill®.
Remove all ornaments. Check that the tree is unplugged and the wires are not
twisted or tangled to avoid damage while in storage.
With the tree still standing, un-fluff the branches and detach each section of
the tree.
Secure the compressed sections with a cord or ribbon before placing them in the
provided storage bag. Store your tree in a cool, dry location.
