TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I hereby apply for IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) and accept that IDFC FIRST
Bank is entitled in its absolute discretion to accept or reject this
application. I hereby give my consent to the Bank to provide me a different
card, in case I am not eligible for the product applied for. I am aware that
the Bank reserves the right not to return the supporting documents given by
me along with the application.
2. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the MITC (Most
Important Terms & Conditions, including Schedule of Charges), Key Fact
Statements as well as the Cardmember Agreement, and I am aware they are
available for reference on the IDFC FIRST Bank website.
3. The finance (interest) rates applicable to a Cardholder depend on internal
policy parameters of the Bank. These are final and binding, and subject to
change at Bank’s discretion.
4. I confirm that I have no insolvency proceedings pending against me nor have
I ever been adjudicated insolvent.
5. I authorise IDFC FIRST Bank and/or its associates to verify any information
or otherwise at my office/residence or to contact me/ credit bureau/RBI or

for confirming credit card application or maintaining my account in good

6. I hereby give my consent to IDFC FIRST Bank Limited for
obtaining/authenticating/verifying my KYC details from CERSAI CKYC portal/
Aadhaar eKYC/ National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL)/ Any other
service provider/ organisation as deemed fit by IDFC FIRST Bank Limited and
permitted by Reserve Bank of India. I understand that as per directions of
Government of India my KYC information will be updated by the bank in
Central KYC Registry.
7. The cardmember undertakes and declares that if at any time it is discovered
that there are any amounts due to the Bank against any credit facility, then
the Bank shall have the absolute right to hold the No Objection Certificate
(NOC) against any/all such facilities, without any prior notice.
8. I authorise IDFC FIRST Bank to disclose, from time to time, relevant
information relating to my personal details (name, phone number, e-mail ID,
address, age, date of birth and other such information), Credit Card(s)
details (including any default in payments) to credit bureaus, regulator/s,
government and investigation authorities, authorised financial institutions,
any parent/subsidiary, Tax authorities, affiliate and associate of IDFC
FIRST Bank, and to third parties engaged by IDFC FIRST Bank, for purposes
such as marketing of services, fulfillment of card offers/benefits, proper
operation of Credit Card accounts and other administrative services. I
hereby consent and authorize IDFC FIRST Bank and/or its affiliates and
associates and/or third parties engaged by IDFC FIRST Bank to send me
information through WhatsApp/SMS/email alerts/post/any other way deemed fit
by the Bank or/call me on my registered mobile number for the purposes of
operation of the card, send Welcome Kit/monthly statements/marketing
information and offers on the card and offering of various products and
services of IDFC FIRST Bank through agent(s) and/or any third party(ies) or
any of the product(s) of its group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,

For all transactions in India, yes, you will be asked for a PIN for completing
the transactions. However, outside India, you will be asked for the PIN only if
the POS terminal is enabled for PIN authentication.
IS THERE ANY JOINING FEE APPLICABLE FOR IDFC FIRST BANK CREDIT CARDS?
There is NO Joining Fee on any of the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards. However, for
FIRST Power Credit Card, a Joining Fee of ₹199 is applicable and it is currently
waived off as an introductory offer.
IS THERE ANY ANNUAL FEE APPLICABLE AND WHEN IS IT CHARGED?
There is NO Annual Fee on any of the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards. However, for
FIRST Power Credit Card, an annual fee of ₹199 is applicable which is waived-off
on achieving the spends of Fee ₹50,000 in an anniversary year.
The annual fee will be charged on completion of 1 year from the date of card
generation. This fee will be charged every year. In case of achieving the
targeted spends, the annual fee will be waived-off automatically.
WHAT IS THE INTEREST RATE LEVIED IF THERE IS A DELAY / NON-PAYMENT OF MY CREDIT
CARD DUES?
THE INTEREST RATE IS APPLICABLE ONLY ON REVOLVING BALANCES, I.E. IF YOU CHOOSE
TO PAY LESS THAN YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AND CARRY OVER THE BALANCES, BEYOND YOUR
PAYMENT DUE DATE. IDFC FIRST BANK OFFERS LOW AND DYNAMIC INTEREST RATE OF 0.75%
- 3.5% PER MONTH. TYPICALLY BANKS CHARGE 3.5% PER MONTH.
HOW DO I GET VALUE BACK AND REWARD POINTS?
VALUE BACK IS APPLICABLE ON FUEL, LPG FILLING, FASTAG RECHARGES, UTILITY AND
GROCERY EXPENSES. THE VALUE BACK IS GIVEN IN THE FORM OF REWARD POINTS. REWARDS
POINTS EARN IS ALSO APPLICABLE ON REST ALL EXPENSES EXCEPT ATM CASH WITHDRAWALS,
INSURANCE PREMIUM PAYMENTS AND ANY EMI TRANSACTIONS.
HOW MANY REWARD POINTS DO I EARN ON MY EXPENSES?
For every ₹150 spent, you will receive 2X reward points on all your
transactions, 15X reward points on fuel and LPG filling done at HPCL Fuel
stations (capped at 500 reward points per statement cycle), 15X reward points on
IDFC Fast Tag recharge (capped at 200 reward points per statement cycle) and 15X
reward points on utilities and grocery payments (capped at 400 reward points per
statement cycle).
HOW MANY REWARD POINTS DO I NEED TO HAVE TO REDEEM THEM?
THERE IS NO MINIMUM REWARD POINTS REQUIRED FOR REDEMPTION.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES ON REWARD POINTS REDEMPTION?
REWARD REDEMPTION THROUGH ANY REDEMPTION CHANNEL WILL ATTRACT A CONVENIENCE
CHARGE OF ₹99 (+ APPLICABLE TAXES) PER REDEMPTION TRANSACTION.

EMIFY IS AVAILABLE AT TIME OF MAKING ANY PURCHASING AT SELECT OFFLINE AND ONLINE
MERCHANTS (MERCHANT EMI) OR CONVERTING ANY EXISTING TRANSACTION OR ENTIRE CREDIT
CARD BALANCE DUE IN TO EMI. THE CARDHOLDERS CAN ALSO TRANSFER THE BALANCES DUE
ON OTHER BANK CREDIT CARDS TO THIS CARD AND CONVERT THIS TRANSFERRED BALANCE TO
EMI. THE CREDIT CARDHOLDERS WILL GET THE OPTION TO CONVERT ANY TRANSACTION OR
BALANCE DUE IN TO EMI CAN BE AVAILED IN YOUR IDFC FIRST MOBILE BANKING APP OR
WEBSITE UNDER LOGGED IN SECTION.
