CFBC, LLC has over 31 years of experience in the disaster response and recovery
industry. Our team is led by Col. Pat Santos and Col. Mark Riley. Both men have
led logistics efforts at the highest level through the offices of Homeland
Security, State Office of Emergency Preparedness, and military missions. CFBC
has also performed as a disaster response/recovery contractor in the mainland of
the United States, as well as US territories in the Caribbean. Our team has
completed over 5,000 homes in the STEP programs and also Rehabs and
Reconstructions. CFBC has the capabilities to perform hazardous decontamination
services for commercial and residential units.

CF Breeze has successfully worked disaster programs including the PREPS and
DAHLR Programs in Texas, the STEP Program in Puerto Rico, EHRVI in the U.S.
Virgin Islands, and the ReLa Program in Baton Rouge, LA.
